Wizards offered John Wall a four-year contract extension for roughly $170 million

The Wizards offered John Wall the maximum contract extension.
But the point guard will take his time to decide whether to sign or not a contract that would lock him in Washington till June 2023.
Per ESPN, The Washington Wizards have offered John Wall a four-year contract extension for roughly $170 million, but the All-Star point guard will take some time to consider the offer, sources said.
Wall will sit down and discuss the offer with his agent and family over the next week as he considers whether to accept. Wall has two years and $37 million left on his current deal. This extension would lock him in with the Wizards until 2022-23.
Sources: Stephen Curry agrees to max deal with Warriors
Stephen Curry has reached agreement on a five-year, $201 maximum contract with theGolden State Warriors, league sources told The Vertical.
Curry’s agent, Jeff Austin, and Warriors general manager Bob Myers started discussions at midnight ET on Saturday to finalize Curry’s full max deal, which makes him the highest-paid player in NBA history. Curry became eligible for the Designated Player Veteran Contract last year because he earned All-NBA honors and league MVP for a second consecutive season.
Curry has led the Warriors to two championships in the past three seasons. He averaged 25.3 points, 6.6 assists and 4.5 rebounds in 79 games last season, and co-starred with Kevin Durant, Klay Thompson,Draymond Green and Andre Iguodala for one of the best championship runs in league history.
For Golden State, re-signing Curry is the first step toward retaining its core for another potential title run next season. The Warriors will now work on re-signing Iguodala andShaun Livingston.
Curry has averaged 22.8 points, 6.8 assists and 4.4 rebounds in eight seasons with the Warriors.

Cavaliers swingman Kyle Korver is expected to draw plenty of interest in free agency.
JUNE 30, 2017

The Cleveland Cavaliers are expected to make an offer to re-sign shooting guard Kyle Korver when NBA free agency begins at 12:01 a.m. Saturday, according to a report from cleveland.com.
League sources told Amico Hoops the San Antonio Spurs, Los Angeles Clippers and Los Angeles Lakers also have an interest in Korver. Cleveland.com added the Milwaukee Bucks and New Orleans Pelicans to that list.
Korver, 36, is still considered a reliable perimeter spot-up shooter who keeps himself in excellent condition.
He arrived in a mid-season trade with the Atlanta Hawks and spent 32 games with the Cavs last season, averaging 10.1 points on 49-percent shooting off the bench.
Korver’s scoring average dipped to 5.8 points per game in the playoffs.
- In other news, league sources told Amico Hoops that the Spurs and several others have an interest in Cavs’ draft-and-stash swingman Cedi Osman. But while the Cavs have talked about Osman with several teams, they have held no such discussions yet with the Spurs, sources said.

What time the heat played in late april faggitChicago tanking.. worse than the snicks lmaoo
I don't like Zbo. He did extend his range out to the 3pt line but he's going to be a liability on defense. Cavs should go after Ezili if he's healthy. One of there issues is guarding the paint against GS.The Cavs could do something nasty if that trade with lil Kev happens...
