It’s official, the Cavaliers know their opponent in the Eastern Conference Finals, as they will take on the number one seeded Boston Celtics for the right to go to their third straight NBA Finals.

The Celtics win over the Washington Wizards in game seven Monday night ensured they would take on the Cavs in the Conference Finals, with game one starting on Wednesday night.

Sometimes it works; many times it doesn't. If KD doesn't get one at GS, then he'll be in the same position. Even with great odds, nothing is still 100%.

The difference with KD is he didnt give up any money; GS offered basically what OKC would offer; plus, lets be honest; The reason why KD gets so much hate on the board is because he went to a better situation, much better; cant really compare with KD because it terms of how the free agent money pool is, it had never happen before and probably wont ever happen again; CP would give up a ton to be with the Spurs; and still the Spurs would need to get rid of several players and I still dont think they would be that much better compared to the other top teams; but I do feel what you saying about its a tricky game...
