I've been sitting on some for a while. They're backed by Stripe (leader in payment processing) and founded by the guy who started Ripple and Mt. Gox (not the guy who scammed everyone).

POLO and Kraken
Looks like Bitstamp is catching up to Polo. Both showing XRP at $0.20
How long did it take bitstamp to verify you?
Oh man I don't even remember lol. That was back in January.
However, I do remember Kraken taking 7 days to verify me. I remember that because folks were responding that they were getting confirmed 3-5 days and when I registered it looked like I got caught in the traffic.
EDIT: I just went back and checked my email and on 20 January I registered and got denied at the same time. Then I resubmitted my information and and got verified on 21 January. So we're looking at a day.
But keep in mind, this was back right after they announced they were trading XRP with no transaction fees.
BTW, I don't check my Bitstamp account for prices. I check this website daily:

Ok i pulled my XRP from polo and moved to kraken. polo has XRP at .20 and kraken has it at .18
is this normal? I mean when this does pop and get into the dollar range will the price difference be even bigger? thanks

Naw that's exactly the guy. He was forced out of ripple because Wells Fargo refused to do business with ripple when he was there.

Are you going to continue with Kraken or move your alt coins somewhere else? I was told Kraken was the best and polo was trash. Polo has more alt coins and they are higher. Thinking maybe I made a mistake
I moved a decent portion of my ripple to Kraken but have some on Polo. I'm still buying XRP on Polo until I can get verified. I might buy alittle more XRP than I should because of what what's gonna happen on Monday.with its debut on a Korean exchange

I think it's worth it if you have a cheap VPS to run it 24/7. Just have enough BTC and spread it out between various coins.

Space, I feel the same way. I have 1.4 Million ripples and 1.4 million Stellar. I have been thinking it over the last 24hrs to just dump all my Stellar and go all in on Ripple right now before news come out next week and it hist .30+ cents. The only problem is that as Ripple goes up so does Stellar since they are using the same technology!
