u pay a fee and i maintain an approved credit line for products on my site. i report to the bureau monthly that the account is maintained positively by you. but i dont offer to bgol members at all.
like i said last time i hooked people up with home theaters, appliances, electronics for 80% off the retail price, i'm assumining someone either was hating on it or was mad because they didn't get in on it and claimed i stole their money or something even though i dealt with paypal at the time. so i don't offer anything to anyone on here except those that are local on here and actually know me.
Eh...I read both of your response and i kind of see your point. The fact still remains that you're handing out credit lines with no backing, which is still illegal. I see your point though, You're kind of like the Robin hood of credit. Robbing other shady companies of their customers (people with terrible credit) and offering these people better, but, imaginary financing packages at a lower price (your fee). I saw you have units on your website, which is kind of like a front for actual business, but one doesn't have to buy anything in order to get "financed"....All in all, just be careful man. You're operating in a grey area. Hope you have good legal representative because it might catch up with you. You can't provide credit lines without having a credit line. As far as i know, there's also some legal stuff that has to be worked out. Best of luck to you.
Explain......? As far as i know, every payment is processed through PayPal. Every eBay seller has a PayPal account. Even though a seller allows to you pay with a credit card and not through PayPal, the payment is STILL process through PayPal lol.

i stopped fucking with them on ebay. i only use paypal for one reason only now, for a few customers that can be approved for paypal credit on computer payments on my website. despite the separation paypal and ebay and are still the same company.
if you're not using their payment processor they will frown upon it because they aren't making that money. they even asked me why i was not using it anymore. everyone that sells computers literally got fucked over by paypal, now they are hit with a 10% reserve on all transactions. with a credit card processor and payment gateway i'm not affected at all by the bullshit, meaning i hit customers with prices way lower then other ebay dealers = even more sales. ebay customers are more about price then they are who's selling it bottom line.

I see. Makes sense. I understand what you're saying about them always pushing Paypal credit. I sell stuff too. They want you to use Paypal for everything, if not, they find a way to get rid of you. PayPal has closed my accounts for some bullshit about 10 times since 2008. Once i started using Paypal credit for my eBay shopping, everything was fine.

every few months they'd put a hold on my accounts, want receipts, contact information for my vendors, copy of id, random copies of tracking, etc etc...

if i get docusign and create a form on my page for a customer to create an "e-check" and then take that and create the check and print out myself is that legal??? Or is that an issue i want to avoid?
