I will say that the first episode where you don't understand what is happening is slow. but once you understand what is happening it is one of the most original and engrossing anime i have seen in a while.

and keeping it real that is a reality with any new show. sometimes it takes a couple of eps to get into it. it took me a few to get into game of thrones and sopranos.

I've been meaning to get back into this after the first season. I agree, mr sato is a beast but i really hate the mc with his inconsistent morality.

You need to check out the second season... there are reasons for this and Mr. Sato gets way better.

I know right....where does it takes place in the timeline.

From,what I read the manga writer been having health issues the past couple of years...I think they're in the middle of a war in the manga,I mind as well read it until the third season(should be season 2)comes out.

The timeline is OVA...

End of season 1... they are off to find the final deadly sin and in this shit everyone is still at the castle and just doing goofy shit.

I saw a thing on youtube about tite kubo and the decline of bleach. How it went from top of the heap to falling way off, and how his artwork declined, etc... they showed how stressful having to turn in a product every week is. You basically have no life, and the editors still want to micro manage your product.
