Official BGOL Crypto Currency Thread ★★★★★

China will continue to be the catalyst of the rise and fall of cryptocurrencies.

Just today, OKCain got hit with a lawsuit for security issues.

It's creeping back up, close to $1,000 again
No need to panic

:cool::cool::cool:

Edit: Oops, oh shit, I just refreshed my web page and noticed it dropped back down to $960

:mad::mad::mad:

So let me get this straight with the bot. I've been using it since last night and all it's done is buy ETH. I'm guessing I have still do trades on my own and it's up to the bot to buy and sell depending on profit and loss?

No, have you updated the bot yesterday to the #SWAG release? And something happened overnight with the Poloniex API and stopped a lot of stuff. I killed the bots that were running, had to clean up some sell orders and restarted this morn. Many had the issues. Overnight, something like Poloniex had a hiccup in communication and messed many up.

I moved onto some other coins, reassessed, but I see you just gotta let this thing run and not keep messing with it. Had a dismal return overnight and have already been doing good thru the day. But I think BTC may continue to fall cause many funds are frozen cause of China. They straight stopped 2 exchanges and said you can't touch your funds for 30 days.

BBR is at 0.00034, PINK at 0.00000069, PASC at 0.00035
Buy $200 Bucks each and let it be a Lottery Ticket

Just wanted to bump this up and review all this info later. I want to get in on this.

Trump just hinted at a tax cut coming and the market jump. How much higher will it get when it actually drops?

What? I just got the bot not even 24hrs ago. What update could there be? I stopped the bot because it wasn't connecting. Then, after a restart it was running through its paces and that was it. Like I said, the only purchase I've seen is ETH. I removed my XRP because I didn't want to risk it being sold especially with it being in the positive for once

Well maybe it's not purchasing because it isn't getting a signal to buy on the coins as it's not below EMA1 and EMA2 and the other factors.

You set up a "bot" for other coins? The default is ETH, but you can change it to what you want. Once you have all the settings you want you run it and it just deals with that coin. To do another coin go back to the main window and add a new coin abbreviation. Run that and it will open another window that will deal with that coin explicitly. That's if that's what you're asking or saying by "you only see ETH"...

Damn, lol. Now I get it. So it can only scout for one coin at a time? I thought it constantly scans for pump and dumps regardless of the coin. Thanks

Yeah. I know
Just pulling ya leg. We all learning the bot.

But don't let it run on the defaults.
Look at the settings I posted a few posts earlier. This version was a mid release addressing an issue one dude had in the group. It's why he named it Swag, that's the guys name, intentionally fucking with him. They had a heated argument in the room the night before.

Whats the update on the bot's profits, is it worth it to cop?
If you haven't read the sale thread, fully in its entirety, then suggest you should. Nuff people left nuff real honest reviews.

You shouldn't buy it without testing what it does on your own and feel comfortable with it. I honestly have not lost money with the bot. Today I went down 0.02 only cause when BTC dropped I jumped on a coin and tried to run it up but didn't get out in time. I should just let the bot do what it do. Really don't think you would make less than about 1% a day if you have the right coins configured which are moving in an upward direction. You have to be patient and not jump out of a coin while the bot is waiting for the sale.

Gotta chill and 'let it do what do'

Got it thanks-this is my weekend homework to read up on this... 1% for the low end sounds good to me!

So you feel like the bot is worth buying?? or better yet, why should one by the bot??

Like I said, you should read the sale thread.

The bot is buying and selling for you at a moderate rate following the EMA settings. If there's a pump you will miss it. Because the buy would be above the EMA. That's what happened this morning and I jumped on a coin on the way up and lost on the way down without jumping off quick enough.

The bot would of let that jump then drop and resumed once it came down to a better buy opportunity.

that's the thing, the way the bot is set up, you won't lose money, you should always net a profit. Now it would be small profits yes but a profit still. So long term, these small profits accumulate and you see the growth. But as mentioned before, you miss out on big shifts. Like unfortunately, I took what I had out of XRP when it was at like 560 something and just had the bot run XRP at 1.5% gains. Then XRP jumped to about 640 today and I missed out on that rise. Had I left what I had in XRP alone, I would have had a nice gain. There are pros and cons, but like I said before, a mixture of both manual trading and bot trading would probably net you the best profit.

Yea you right sorry, bought it from Changelly to my ripple wallet. How do I sell it? Do I need to download another program?
You need to be more specific. Where is your wallet, on changelly or on your desktop.

Then what are you trying to do in the end, sell it back for cash? Or are you trying to trade it for other coins?
