man just send them a pic of your DL. It didnt even take an hour and they increased my CC deposit limit to $300 and now I can also make $5000 deposits from my bank account. These two limits are separate. So if you are willing to use your bank account you can buy up to 5k more

matter of fact, they pretty much scan your ID instantly and verify you as soon as you upload it. Then you can spend up to $5300

I was the same way last night but then i said fuck it today. This is what they let you do after you upload your ID and it takes less than an hour:

I hate to be dominating this thread but I have another question how did you upload your iD like where on the app on desktop? Also did you say it only took An hour after you uploaded to use your bankaccount to buy more bitcoin ? I mean I already uploaded my id originally on coinbase...

I took a pic front and back with my cell phone and emailed to myself. Download the images to your laptop/pc and then upload them on the website when prompted. And yes, less than an hour, much less. More like 20-30 minutes. Put it like this, I uploaded my ID before 9am local time and it is now 1137 am. I have had the increased limits for at least 2 hours now
 
damn just used my bank account for another 246.00 but says it wont arrive in my coinbase account for 8 days fluck. I think by that time it will be too late right??

No, you can buy ANYTIME. 1/17 just came up cause Ripple was going to another big
cryptocurreny trading site which maybe suggest price will go up a little after the 17th
 
Quick question with Poloniex. When I try to deposit more into Poloniex for conversion it says please enter valid address???? I copied the same address that I did before so what's with this message?

I just decided to do this, so far...

1. Already setup my coinbase account
2. Already uploaded my drivers licence, for limit increase to $300
3. Already bought max amount of bitcoin, authorized bank transaction
4. Right now, I have the bitcoin amount sitting in my coinbase account, ready to be transfered
5. Already setup Poloniex account
6. ??? How do I transfer the bitcoin from coinbase to poliniex ???
??? Do I need to upload drivers license, info etc, like I did with coinbase ???

Step 4) To transfer money to poloniex from coinbase, you must be login to both accounts. At that page you will see a long list of cryptocurrency, look for “BTC” Bitcoin line. To the far right of the screen you see “Deposit” and “Withdraw”. Click on Deposit. Once you click on “Deposit” you will see a “Bitcoin Deposit Address”. Copy that address. Now go to your coinbase account and at the left side of the screen click “Send/ Requests” tab. There paste the “Bitcoin Deposit Address” where it says “Recipient”. Below that you will put how much Bitcoin you want to transfer to poloniex. Now just click on the blue tab “Send Funds”.

Step 5) Go back to poloniex, but now at the “Balances” drag down menu click “History”. Here is where you see the money transfer from your coinbase account to your poloniex account. This takes roughly 5-10 minutes, sometimes faster.

Step 6) Now you have money at cryptocurrency exchange “Poloniex” and you will be able to buy any ALT coin you want. To make a purchase, click on the “Exchange” tab at the top left hand of the screen. Once there, go to the “Markets” panel at the right side of the screen and type “XRP” for ripple. After you do that, scroll down, and on the left side you see “Buy XRP”. Don’t touch the “Price BTC” field, just type in the amount of Ripple you want to buy in the “Amount XRP” field. It does the calculation for you in the bottom where it says “Total BTC”.

Step 7) After you make your purchase, go back to the “Balances” drag down menu and click “Deposit and Withdrawals”. Scroll all the way down to XRP and your newly purchase ripple is here. Now you can keep it here or you can make a withdraw to your ripple wallet.

I have not found a ripple wallet that I like yet, so my steps ends here.

Some helpful tips

I recommend on creating a new email address just for your cryptocurrency activities only.

I also recommend making a difficult password for each of three accounts (new email account, coinbase account and your poloniex account) you have associated with cryptocurrency (this should already be a given). If you need help on doing that these two websites should give you some help to test the strength of your password

BTW poloniex does not work in the state of New York, due to the Bitcoin license law. The alternative website will be https://bittrex.com/

Looks like the ripple value jumped from 6 cents, when this thread was first started to 8 cents, right now

yeah because if you invest 100.00 dollars (about 14,000 ripple) and it goes up to just 10 cents. you can make a killing. cash out half and sit back a watch the investment grow. I am trying to get in at 300 dollars but will go anoter 2oo dollars if things start heating up and wait it out.
