I want to win that pool:lol:; but last week really screwed me; I like superteams though; I feel like when there are a bunch of elite players on a team, it makes for good basketball; I wish the NBA would get rid of 2 to 4 teams; that would be great an put more good players together but it wont happen; Shit, I was happy when LBJ went to Miami; But the board has become LBJ fans, and GS haters in my opinion; but it makes it fun sometimes :lol:...

This board really doesn't have my LBJ fans. A lot of cats hated him in Cleveland just because of Cleveland. Now when he left, SOME treated him like Lebron X because of Gilbert. Then he came back and Heat fans got bitter and some emilitants weren't pleased.

Now we have our current scenario. :smh:

Golden State doesnt have LeBron so its OK to hop on their wagon. The only athlete or teams people will try to "guilt shame" you for supporting is LeBron and his teams. And 10 times out of 10 its someone from Iowa or New mexico who grew up a "Bulls fan" and openly worships MJ.

Durant coming this offseason made GS the villains this year but last year all were welcome in the House of Curry and not a soul questioned it. When yall lost the Finals alot of the bandwagoners (MJ driders, Bron haters) threw yall under the bus for "letting him win" and still pissed wit yall. So im not sayin yall dont have haters, but the fan police of 2010-2014 dont concern themselves with who and why folks pull for GS. Its more anger at the team itself.

That's not true either lol
1st year nobody believed- which they shouldn't have- in the finals thread was "I want Lebron to get one"
After that- well they played a hobbled cavs team- ignoring that same team sweeping the ECF- and the east is not trash- at the same time they were too hobbled to beat the warriors but healthy enough to sweep a great eastern conference.
Last year- everyone in the west was hurt they won't have the best record- did. Won't make it back to the finals- did.
Won't wing the ring- didn't
which somehow invalidated the ring that they won.

Dude comes in and hustles hard. He can set screens, he can block shots, he's athletic and they can toss it up and he'll dunk it.
He's Ezili and Bogut in 1. BOTH of which been injured for majority of this year btw

Nah, I wouldnt say that; Bogut and ZaZa are better passes; I think Bogut is a better defender; I think McGee kinda moves to fast and thats why he commits silly fouls sometimes; but I agree he hustles and is athletic; I think him getting 15-20 and zaza getting like 15 and Dray gettting the rest is solid to me....

Bogut isn't a better defender, He's bigger but at the same time he can't move which is why when teams put in athletic bigs he had to sit.
Also he has to make basic passes and flashy ones that's the role of the big. Just regular ones and he's been making them.
And yea just slow down a little bit but that comes with more playing time.

I feel ya; But zaza is a better passer and he plays smarter than McGee; But I do think he should get alot more mins; It will be interesting to see how Kerr handles his rotations down the stretch and into the playoffs; It looks like McGaw and Looney will be left out of the rotations though; West, McGee, Livingston, Iggy, and Ian and thats it coming off the bench...

Nothing you posted has anything to do with fan support. Its hate. And again no ones saying yall didnt and dont have haters. Once again no one guilt shames anyone for pulling for the Dubs. Theres never been a post on BGOL calling out people for rooting for the Dubs. IT IS WHAT IT IS jumped on last year post after post and no one complained. In my Phil Jack thread during the Finals 85% of the board was rockin wit yall and couldnt wait for Bron to be "2-5 in Finals". No one asked "why are all yall rooting for them"?

The issue is their style of play doesn't mesh well together. When they just played in Philly, when either of them where in the game without the other one New York jumped out to double-digit leads. When they were in the game together we made runs. The 15-4 run that won the game for us was entirely with both of them on the court together.

The issue is the Knicks traded for a broke down guard in Rose; Signed a completely done player in Noah; and Melo isnt all there; Their team is going nowhere......
