You dont think the fact that its on video changes the game at all?
He's playing...
OU suspended him for his whole Freshman year so it isn't some Ray Rice shit were they 'didn't know' the magnitude of the footage.
Cats have done worst and played...

In this case no, cause it CLEARLY shows her as the agressor.
Plus, Lawrence Phillips openly admitted to instigating the who situation- climb into his ex girlfriends apartment, touching her up, then dragging her down 2 flights of stairs.
Remember his legal team released the tape the second they got it to get ahead of it.

I think it is the force of the defense that is the issue. Men should defend themselves but not use excessive force when a female is involved. Why do every time when a situation like this happens people just blatantly ignore the woman attacking the man,but want to say something about man retaliating back...It's coming to the point where I don't watch videos like this, because I already know what happen.
People can not say "We should keep our hands to ourselves" and yet ignore women putting their hands on the guy first.
It's like people have no problem with a woman hitting a guy,but as soon as a man retaliates,he's in the wrong...And,I'm also annoyed that folks say men should keep their emotions in check acting like we're suppose to be robots, how about the women should keep their emotions in check first.Men have emotions just like children and women and yet men isn't allowed to have some type reaction when getting hit.
Last time I check, when someone hit someone first it's called assault
They're not interested in the truth or facts or anything else so don't get your hopes up with logic and other things don't even listen to the talking heads who get their talking points from their producers
they're going to persecute him. gloss over her hitting him, excusing it, and convict him in the court of public opinion.
I just don't know what you can do.. cause nobody should put their hands on anybody like that.
That was reflex too, it wasn't premeditated, he got hit he reacted, he's a world class athlete.
He ain't gonna win this though.
I just think we're in a different time now. These incidents are showing up on the radar more and more.
That's not gonna matter to a lotta people. Big black predator assaults lil white woman. I think that's how many folks will see it. Don't underestimate the power of seeing it visually.
Every man should defend themselves but it is the force that is in question. He went for a kill shot after simply being pushed. Pushing her back or throwing her on the grown and walking away would have been appropriate. Why when a situation like this happens, people run to say see, she put her hands on him first?
Did she hurt him?
Was he physically harmed?
Do you hit your girlfriends if they push you?

Ray Rice couldn't get even a free agent deal after being a Super Bowl champion and pro bowler. He hit a black woman.
Joe Mixon is a scholarship at a publicly supported university where public dollars pay for his education, room, board, per diem....and he hit a WHITE bitch.
OU already got two years out of him while this video stayed buried and was only the stuff of speculation as to its severity. Now that it's out they have absolutely NO reason to treat him like anything more than a commodity and cut losses in the interest of their endowment and keeping the donors happy.
If I'm wrong I'll be that but I'm confident I'm won't be.
Your thinking emotionally and not logically. In the court of law, the force you use to defend yourself is based on the level of threat you received.Hold up,if someone hits me,I gotta worry about using excessive force...get the fuck outta here, because if the other person was so worried about the amount of excessive force I might bring, they shouldn't put their hands on me in the first place...

Trump wasn't president-elect then either.
Shorty caught tht one piece body rock.
@her saying people are making her feel like its her fault
Right. Even if he walked away she still wouldnt think she was at faultHard not to when you see the tape.

Not sure what facilitated his reaction but maybe he should have went on about his way and not followed her into the store to continue/initiate the confrontation....![]()
So... He HAD to come in because she waved him in? Oh#1 she waved him in to start the confrontation
It's simple: keep your hands to yourself.
Women should never ever hit a man, unless they want to get they head knocked the fuck off.
There is video proof, and a lesson to learn by these bitches thinking they want to touch up dudes

There is a reason that she didn't want that video released. Her lawyers knew that her whole "victim" narrative would be destroyed if people saw that she was the aggressor and struck and choked him first. She can't get up on the stand and say how this big, strong, Black man struck her for no reason. They know that people are starting to see through women hitting men and getting hit back, then crying "victim". She will lose her legal standing. People need to lose that "she didn't hit him hard" or that "she can't hurt him" nonsense. I've seen women permanently damage someone's eye with rings on their fingers or slice a dude's face wide open with a razor in a fight. At the end of the day, women (just like men) have to understand that there are physical boundaries that shouldn't be crossed. My wife knows that she can say and we can argue ANYTHING, but don't you ever put your hands on me. I don't play that. I respect her as a woman and she should respect me as a man. The answer to a verbal dispute is not a physical assault.
fuck that Becky... now she knows to keep her hands to herself
A multi-year legal battle came to a close early this evening when Oklahoma Sooners running back Joe Mixon released the video of him punching a woman in 2014.
The video, via AL.com, can be found below. It shows the victim, Amelia Molitor, approach Mixon inside a Pickleman’s sandwich shop and push him. Mixon lunges at Molitor, she slaps his neck, and he punches her in the face, leaving her on the ground as he exits the restaurant. As a warning, the video is graphic:
The footage was released late on a Friday by Mixon and his attorney Blake Johnson. Earlier this month, the Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled that the video must be released to the public. NewsOK published a statement from Johnson:
“Mr. Mixon asked us to once again say he is sorry for the way he reacted that night. He has apologized publicly to Ms. Molitor, her friends, his family, teammates and the University. He hopes that his voluntary release of these recordings will help put this matter to rest.”
Molitor is currently suing Mixon, who would be a coveted prospect if he declared for next year’s NFL Draft, in federal court.
...and if he hadnt went into the store. At the end of the day, keep your hands to yourself. Next.
