1. She pushed him first (she put her hands on him) that is "ASSAULT".
2. He responded to her "first" ASSAULT by standing his ground and lunging (warning her), but he DID NOT put his hands on her.
3. She recognized and recoiled (stepped back) from the lunge
4. After recognizing that he would not hit her, She "ASSAULTED" him again with a choke and a slap to the face or side of the head
5. He responded to her THREE ASSAULTS by DEFENDING HIMSELF and hit her once.. in the face...HARD!
6. Clearly she struck him three times before he struck her once.
7. Self defense...

If a man struck another man three times and the victim responded with One punch that knocked the assailant out... It would be a clear case of "Self Defense" and the Victim would be able to file Assault Charges against the assailant... Case closed.

I don't believe in hitting women, however, I will not stand there and let a woman kick my ass because she happens to have a pussy... You don't poke a bear unless you are ready for a very serious response... common sense. She poked an NCAA Division One conditioned athlete and got knocked the fuck out.

No one has the right to assault any one...

And they finally made me see their viewpoint because they brought it back to Emmit Till hell Yusef Hawkins and in a strange way Jay Z and Rice.

Most personnel executives think Texas A&M pass rusher Myles Garrett is the best player in the draft. But that’s not a unanimous opinion, and one executive thinks the best player in the draft is a player who probably won’t even go in the first round: Oklahoma running back Joe Mixon.

Mixon will probably be a second-day pick because he was caught on tape punching a woman in 2014. But Bob McGinn of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel asked 16 personnel executives to name the best player in the draft regardless of position, and one of them said it was Mixon.

Garrett was chosen by 11 of the 16 executives, while two named LSU safety Jamal Adams and one each named Alabama linebacker Reuben Foster, Stanford defensive lineman Solomon Thomas and Mixon.

Foster might not go in the first round, either, after a terrible Scouting Combine that saw him sent home early for an altercation with a health-care worker at the hospital, followed by a drug test in which he turned in a diluted urine sample, which the NFL considers to be the same as a positive test.

So teams that are willing to take character risks could strike gold in the draft by taking Foster or Mixon, players whose off-field incidents will result in them being available far later than they otherwise would be.

he is a fuckin football player with mighty powers over her, in some cases I agree with you but this dude was a built football player that didn't have to use that much force on her.

by the way the football player looked gay from the way he pranced in there, maybe his gay tactics came out on him which made him do what he did.
 
I'm going to be honest, I have to question this guy's judgement.

From a very young age, as a black man, you come to understand that, not only isn't the system for you to benefit from, it makes it easy for you to lose.

Long before Mixon's age, you know that KO'ing a white bitch, in this country, will have repercussions. Fair or unfair. that is the way of the world we live in.

She hit him, twice, but he was not in any position where he had to knock her ass off the screen like she was Lil' Mac eating a Tyson upper-cut.

Forget how hard he hit her, why did he do it? Beyond the fact that he's a significantly stronger black male, he is a elite athlete, with a chance at earning millions of dollars over the course of his young adult life.

The level of force he unleashed on that bitch should be reserved for situations where you have no choice. At least, then ... you have a better chance of defending yourself if it goes to to court. But, those lil' baby slaps she put on him ain't hurt. Especially not to a nigga who regularly gets tackled by niggas damn near twice as big and strong as he is.

For anyone thinking what I'm saying he deserved the punishment and subsequent treatment, get off your period for a second. I'm saying that that situation was easily avoidable, and his life was not in any way in danger. If you can't exercise better judgement than that when the stakes are so low, what happens when you're inevitably confronted with another low stakes situation?

On the flip side, its as sad as it is hilarious how the narrative of this story totally leaves out this woman's responsibility for what happened.

We KNOW if it was a guy that got knocked out like that, he would have been responsible for what happened to him. Change the gender, and he's a monster. If even a QUARTER of feminist were to say the woman should not be given special treatment, I'd respect feminism.
