cool second episode. Gunslinger dude is probably an early investor in the project who gets special privileges. MFer wants to get INTO the matrix for some reason. Probably wants to embed his consciousness into a bot so he can liver forever. That theme has been explored a lot in Sci Fi.

Glad I decided to check this out because I'm all in. I'm digging the first 2 episodes and is looking forward to the next. It got off to a good start and It seems like it's gonna be a good series so hopefully it continues to stay that way.
I saw this thread, got interested, rented the original movie, watched the first two episodes of the HBO series, and I'm now intrigued. I'll continue watching.
