Well, this is a little bit of awkward casting news in case you aren't completely caught up with The Americans: Annet Mahendru, who plays triple-agent Nina on the show has been cast in another FX show, Tyrant. She'll be starring in a recurring role as Nafisa Al-Qadi, the political hardliner wife of Sheik Al-Qadi, the leader of Ma’an. This is great news for Mahendru fans who saw the actress on The X-Files reboot and as The Americansdarling. Of course, Mahendru was subject toa great plot twist on the latter, which we all really should have seen coming. We won't spoil it for you outright, but, we're pretty sure your sleuthing skills can put two and two together. (It's four.)
