Durant signs with Warriors

What I don't like about this bullshit.

Durant knew he wanted to dip, cool.

1. Durant left OKC without any compensation for his departing talent.
2. Durant knew he was leaving and let OKC make moves to keep him. (Trade away Ibaka)
3. Durant knew he was leaving and waited til all the quality free agent had signed with any teams.

Durant was out to fuck the Thunder.
He left Westbrook high and dry.

Any championship will come with an asterisk.
If the don't win then he will be ripped hard as hell.
1. Why does he have to give okc anything?
2. He doesn't control the front office..they made those moves because theydidn't want to pay ibaka
3. He can take his time..he doesn't have to do anything for okc...

U guys need to understand that players don't owe teams nothing..owners almost all the time do what's best for their team and players need to do what's best for them..

Like I stated earlier it would be like Curry jumping ship to join the Cavs...
He's not jumping ship and clearly you have no idea what's going on..fact is russ is leaving next year or he wouldn't give any assurances that he was staying so why should kd stay? This is known throughout league..he's a free agent which means he has a choice to go wherever he feels..that's not jumping ship..and clearly he thinks that's what's best for him and his family..you guys are just saying shit because you're mad and know GS is about to run the league...

So tell me in your opinion, how exactly is Durant jumping ship to the team that just knocked his team out of the playoffs after being up 3 to 1, any different than if Curry was to leave and jump ship to the team that knocked the Warriors out of the playoffs after them being up 3 to 1...
Please explain using your words and no emoji's....

Matter of fact that shit would be worse than Curry leaving for the Cavs, because at worse Curry would be 2nd or pehaps 3rd option on the Cavs, Durant is going to be the 4th wheel on the Warriors...
And as far as I am concern how do we know he didn't blow the series with the Warriors due to his lack of allegiance towards the Thunder..

If Durant loses with G.S. he will go down as the biggest loser, losing on teams that had Westbrook, Ibaka, Harden and Jackson, and now this Warrior team with all the talent they have...
I tell you if things go wrong early the pressure on him to perform will be greater than the Laker dream team that flopped, and Durant could go down as an all time loser who couldn't win with all that talent..

That's the thing..nothing that happened in the playoffs matter at this point nothing..he's a free agent so he can go where he please period..just like lbj, just like LA did last year..he could have choose any team..just because he went to what he thought was the best team for him doesn't make it anything but his choice..mofos don't like it then so what..

Whose beating them seriously?

OKC and Durant had a relationship. OKC didn't fuck over Durant. Durant fucked over OKC. The fans supported the franchise. The franchise paid Durant on time. Durant dipped on the fans and the franchise including his teammates.

You just cannot just wipe wash that horrible choke job acting like it didn't matter.... Like I said if Curry were to jump to the Cavs after coming back form three games down, he too would have been looked upon like a bitch..
A real man would have pride and would have been embarrassed about going out like a sucker especially to tag along as the number 4 option..
This means that KD will never be mentioned in the same breath as LeBron and Curry is going to have a hard time convincing people that he is on the same level as LeBron..
The Warriors may be known as a great team, and perhaps they will win, but as far as any of them being seen as all time great, nah, they are going to come off as pucks banding together to take on the bully...

You sound crazy ass fuck..kd fulfilled his obligation to the team..once he's a free agent he no longer has any obligation to okc..dude stop

Whose beating them seriously?
Who was seriously beating them last season according to you... The difference between me and you, I know the games are won on the court and no one has ever won shit in July..
You on the other hand count your chickens before they hatch...
It should be disturbing to you that you seem to ride harder than the actual Warriors fans, who at least have enough sense to realize that I never said that the Warriors would never win. Instead they listened understanding that I said that Durant on the team may not be as sweet as people say or think....
Most of them realize that he is going to adjust and the transition may be a lot more difficult than if they were to sign someone like Whiteside instead...

"A real man"...I've heard it all now..ok dude I'm out........

We all know what free agents are, no need to list the definition in terms of obligation... We aren't talking about what he can legally do... We are talking about what he shouldn't do, if he doesn't want to be labeled as a bitch..

"A real man"...I've heard it all now..ok dude I'm out........
There are certain unwritten rules that men follow who don't want to be labeled as a bitch... One of them is, if a team embarrass you by coming back from three games to 1, you don't hop on their dicks by joining their team to be the fourth option.... Not when you are the top dog of your team...
This is telling the world that he'd rather be a roll player on a team that lost to LeBron than be the top dog of his own team that lost to the team that lost to LeBron...
This is some bottom bitch shit...

Lurker..look what had to happen for the cavs to win..an historic series by lbj, a "great" series by Irving, a horrible series by Curry, an abominable series by barnes, bogut and iggy getting hurt, green getting suspended, and the whole entire team went missing in the last 4 mins of the game..and all of that occurred and they still could have won:lol:well hey if i would have known all of that was going to happen then maybe i would have picked against them also:giggle::hmm::smh:

Stop it you are looking real pathetic right about now.... Using the Cavs defense locking them down two year in a row as an excuse... LOL..... Even the Warriors know they cannot beat them, so I guess they should go out and risk losing Curry in the future rather than risk going up against the Cavs again with that same squad...

Can anyone pull up the Cavs vs the Warriors 2k rating, before the finals... Let alone after they were down three games to one...

The CBA and salary cap situation has never been like this before. Also, those aforementioned players are considered part of the previous generation of players who played in the shadow of Jordan. The players today? Different mentality. None of them want to go out like Barkley without a chip. None of them want to be pimped like Pippen was who never got the bread he deserved until he left Chicago. The 2016 NBA means you can get a ring and get paid. How could you blame anyone for wanting both?

Lebron set the mold. The Cavs won't surround me with talent? I'm out. I'm getting two rings. He uses the terms of the CBA and goes back to the Cavs. Believes in himself and signs a contract that gives him all the leverage. And then goes out and gets a ring, while getting paid. If you're Durant, you'd be insane not to follow a similar path. Instead of criticizing him, point a finger at OKC.

A small market team has Durant, Westbrook, Harden, and Ibaka (when he was good). They make it to the Finals. They lose. Because they DON'T want to pay the luxury tax, they trade their 3rd best player for a bag of beans the next fucking season. Knowing the window of opportunity to win a ring is typically short, they valued money over winning. Fuck them. Their loss. I don't feel sorry for them at all. They had their shot. They had different priorities.

Tell me, what was so different between the CBA in 2004, and say ... 2007 when Garnett, Pierce, and Ray Allen joined up, and Garnett was bringing in 23 mil that year, and Ray and Pierce were both making over 15m per year? IF someone wanted to do it back then, they could have.

Lastly, I think it is EXTREMELY disingenuous to suggest that the only options available to superstar is to play on a team with minimal talent, and play with MULTIPLE All-Stars.

Durant had THREE CHANCES TO CLOSE OUT GS AND FAILED TO! Explain to ME, how in the FUCK is that OKC'S FAULT? Then you JOIN THE TEAM THAT PUT YOU OUT THE VERY NEXT SEASON?

Are you seriously condoning this, bro? Leaving isn't a problem, but the team that just beat you?? Are you seriously telling me, the competitor in you would rather play with the team that took your cookies, than come back and beat them, if not with OKC, another squad?

No one has EVER said players don't need help. But, there is a difference between help and stacking the deck so much in your favor that you're virtually guaranteed to win. Then we want to pat these people on the back for the chips they won like that wasn't the most obvious outcome when they teamed up. "OH, LEBRON HAS BEEN TO SIX STRAIGHT FINALS. THAT HASN'T BEEN DONE SINCE BLAH, BLAH..."

....it hasn't been done since ANOTHER super-star had a stacked deck.

I'm to the point that if someone played with multiple no. 1 options, and they are also a no. 1 option, their rings don't mean the same. Come the fuck on. Any superstar team up with a couple of All-Stars and look like great champions. That shit is like sending an NBA team back to college and acting genuinely surprised that they NBA team is winning or competing in the Finals every year.

But, once again, I get it. Some of you aren't competitors. Call it what the fuck it is. You play games and set the difficulty on beginner, and beat your chest when you win. Cool.

They both hoe ass moves can't tell me nothing different

But what KD did is worse

By a significant enough margin to say it stands on its own
How is LeBron a hoe ass move when he went to a lottery team who had to give up their draft picks to get James... Isn't this how the Cavs got Irving in the first place??
Say what you want, it was bad for the Cavs in the short run but it allowed them to get players like Irving, Thompson, and Wiggins/Love...
So to me it was a fair trade..

Durant going to help their defense? Post scoring? Rebounding? Imo, adding another perimeter player doesn't guarantee GS championships.

KD in Barnes spot this year & the Cavs would have been on ice in 5.

Barnes went 5-40 or some shit, KD aint doing that.

2 league MVP's. They will have hiccups early finding the rhythm, & Steven A & rest will run with it. But by the post season come around. Klay will have " practice like looks" on open J'z.

Jerry West is the man. Lakers fucked up letting Jerry walk & he still gave them Gasol & 2 more.

They will still be a perimeter oriented team. Health and making low percentage shots in bunches will still be key to them winning, KD doesn't change this.

2 consecutive Finals, 1 & 1 ,as a perimeter oriented team. Adding the 2nd most vicious scorer. The Warriors are the team to beat.

1-4 all stars.

Curry minutes will go down.

Time will tell. GS state won 73 games without KD and still lost the championship. KD needs his shots, who is going to sacrifice their game? Clay? Curry? Green? There is only 1 ball. This could go either way but I will lay odds on a implosion.

:lol::lol::lol::lol:Triple bitch post for that.

Personal numbers will drop, its a given. I truly think KD understands that & thats why he signed. He has multiple scoring titles, & no NBA titles. He doesnt give a fuck about getting 28ppg anymore. A hot 20 & 2 or 3 titles is the goal.

KD can score in bunches, just like Curry ,& just like Klay. They all will have their nights.

The biggest issue is that happy medium. Thats a good problem.

I disagree.

KD made it clear what his schedule would be. Free Agency started on July first. He met with teams over a 3 day period then made his decision on the 4th.

One potential dark horse candidate for Wade's services might ironically be the Cavs, who can't offer more than the tax-payer mid-level exception ($3.4 million)...but also happen to have a title-winning roster and Wade's good friend LeBron James. Cavs fans are already tracking Wade's air travel for hints of a potential deal...

Lebron need to build Wade his own personal beach in the backyard of a random house in Cleveland. He wont be able to use it from Nov-Apr. But as a gesture, & chance at a another title. Wade can get a lake front home in Ohio, its just going to be a little different than Miami through the winter months.
