Lebron wanted Love because he feel in love with the idea of a Stretch 4 .

I don't know how he thought he was replacing Bosh. Bosh could defend. Whatever Love gives you on offense, he's giving right back when he has to play defense. He's already been an over-rated stat chasing on garbage teams. He's statistically been one of the worst paint defender of all time.. that's factual. You don't win titles with multiple starters who are the worst defenders at their position. You can hide one (sometimes) but not two..especially against the well-balanced teams that come out of the west.

Put him next to Lebron and he becomes even better and there defense becomes better. Length, speed , and athleticism. They would also be better in transition with wiggins.

Yep. And use the 20M to get yet another good defender (and you'll still have a lot left over). A team of good defenders makes everyone better. Shit..look how much Curry gets away with because he's typically on the floor with 4 other really good defenders.

I don't think I saw the OG post...

But damn homie JR smith os nowhere near the shooter Klay is in any respect...

You do realize Klay broke the 3pt record too this year along with Steph

And has the prettiest most text book perfect shot I have EVER seen.

Come on man... If it weren't for steph owning 2nd & 4th quarters he'd probably average 28 - 30 a night

I'm not discrediting(even tho some would say I'm doing that by mentioning him with Jr) Klay at all.
Just saying "I" feel, defenses have to pay the same amount of attention.

They didn't even need to wait and gamble on Love. He's not worth Max fucking money man.. damn.. any team that spent max money on Love was fucked from the jump... you're still plotting the wait and get him later scenario.. no fucking team is winning titles with love and irving starting.

I felt Love help Lebron's return to the Cavs. A reporter asked him if he'd go to Cavs if Lebron signed he basically said yea.

I kept telling these muthafuckas. Man you would have had Wiggins and Lebron defending the perimeter like a mini Wade and Lebron duo. Plus Wiggins can score. Now they would have another defender and he would balance out Love's scoring but they would have 20M to sign more talent. You can do a lot with 20M. It's a completely different squad with Wiggins and another similar player that can score and defend. And then you still have 10M left so sign a shooter.

It's unfortunate Bron couldn't see the forest from the trees on that shit... He fell for the hype on Kevin Love.. A player who hasn't accomplished shit but stat pad on a bad fuckin team.. Kyrie too

A least Bosh took the raps to the playoffs and played both ends of the floor.. Wade you already know..

But these niggas Bron choose to play with are horrendous straight up

This would be some sad bitch ass shit right here...

I never got why niggas need to form the Axis of Evil to compete

Build your fuckin team man

Would KD on this team put them ahead of the Dubs?

I still say no the match ups favor the warriors.... but atleast KD would compete

I'm still shocked that he actually chose to put this team together. If anyone should have known better, it should have been him. Lebron knows he needs a defensive-minded squad and an offensive team that surrounds him with shooters so the lane opens up for him. He knows that's the winning formula for him..doesn't he?

KD...gonna stay in the west
But
As much as it's ability issues....I'd like to look at mentally and systemic aspect first.

Everybody keeps talking about LeBron should have stayed in Miami... I guess people don't realize the Heat would NOT be the same team they are now if he'd stayed! There would have been no Winslow, no Richardson, MIGHT have been Whiteside... D Wade was still getting older, Bosh would STILL have developed his conditions... That team had run their course with what they accomplished...

Also, understanding Love is what he is, he was who he was before he came to the Cavs It doesn't help that Dude to LeBron and Kyrie's style of play he has been relegated to a spot up 3 point shooter and not much room to at LEAST do what he does well. You change the dynamic of almost any players strengths and you will get less production...

There have been pages of Love dissing going on, a lot of what is deserved, but he WAS NOT the biggest issue last night, Kyrie had 4 points in the first minute of the game, 6 the rest of the game, LeBron got torched by the Warriors 3rd best offensive player, AND had 8 turnovers?!?!?

Love didn't even play the majority of the second half, and they were down single digits when he left the game.... His +/- was only minus 8 and they lost by 33 FUCKING POINTS! How the hell was that on him!?!?!?

LeBrons +/- was minus 20 and Kyrie's was minus 26, but yet somehow the loss was all on Love?!?!?!

You guys are comical with you biased viewpoints on games. Its hard as fuck to take some of you seriously some times, with the way you conveniently avoid shit because it doesn't fit the narrative you're trying to project!

It's worked for him, just that they Dubs system does both at a high level...

Ball moment on point
Shooting on point
Defense on point
Attacking on point
Mind set on point

Dude was ONE GAME away from the finals... Add a few pieces, sign a one or two year deal with OKC, and see what's good. Why leave a team that seriously dominated the majority of the series with GS, to come to a team that even with him will have massive holes!?!?!

The Cavs don't need him and he don't need them...

I would have more faith in Riley to build a team around him.
He already proved it by putting 2 championship teams around LeBron.
I'm confident he could've continued.

Guess somebody had to say it...

Its the truth though man.... Love deserves criticism but gotdamn!?!?!?! Anybody with eyes last night saw LeBron was a major reason for their L, and his stat line was deceptive because most of that shit came in the first half. When they really needed him to take over and stop the bleeding he proceeded to get roasted, and literally disappeared during GS game winning run... Kyrie, forgetaboutit!!! Dude is proving he is not an elite PG right now. He's good for some highlights and is very talented, but he doesn't have it from the neck up to lead a team to a chip...

Say what you want, but all of a sudden Love is ass, the Cavs are trash, but up until last thursday, a lot of Dudes were swinging from the Cavs collective nuts...

Sad thing is, with all the BS rhetoric about last years Cavs team, they were 10 times more competitive against GS than this years 'healthy' team...

Also, all this anti-Love sentiment... They were down 8-10 points when he left the game, and ended up losing by 33.... but I guess that was on him too!!! FOH!!! :smh:

Why do yall keep saying this shit?

Don't you realize that if they didn't trade Wiggins they would have him on a rookie contract PLUS 20M dollars per year in cap space to sign more talent? There isn't even a question that they would be better without that trade.

Are you sure the money would work out that way?

They traded for Love when he was under his previous deal, and used his Bird rights to sign him to a max contract. I'm not sure that not trading Wiggins would flat-out result in 20 million more dollars under the cap.

What do y'all think about this...

The dubs been on fire from deep...while the cavs tried to take away the 3's(I'm guessing didn't see game 2)

Been on fire inside...(dubs have slasher, finishers who's attack their defender)

What do you think about going zone...

At least this would've maybe cut off the lane, vs giving up both lane and outside

Love being out helps the Cavs... they'll play Mosgov now... quite as its kept HE'S the reason the warriors struggled against the cavs last year... HE FORCED that small ball line up

Thats a great opinion fam, and I respect it... but the fact remains, the view of a lot of people concerning LeBron should have stayed in Miami is based on how talented the current Heat team is collectively, and how LeBron may have been able to push them over the top... No one is saying that shit based on what could have been or the unknown personnel wise real rap. THIS Heat tam would not have been the team LeBron would have stayed to play with... and Bosh STILL would have ended up unhealthy the past two season so...

I don't disagree with Mosgov's potential impact, but he could also play with Love in the game too... Bring Thompson no offense having ass off the bench and it's the same dynamic. Love is not the problem, but it's amazing how skewed the debate is, and LeBron and Kyrie get little or no consistent criticism for their weak ass play to this point...

Right, but I don't know what the fuck his problem. Maybe that injury fuck him up, he's was blatt dude and blatt didn't play him after his limited minute watch was up. Fuck some games he didn't play

I don't think they are going by this heat team.
I think they are going by the big 3 era.

Man before game 1, I said man this series is on Lebron. He got his rounds that he wanted to go to war with, don't disappoint the family with your play.

They wouldn't have beat eithe top three teams in the west this year. And probably would have struggled with the clippers.

LeBron be like....
