Ok im 35 i got some questions?

only reason to be cool as a youth is for the hoes. when you're 35, who gives a fuck about hoes? Grown man game - suits, boat shoes, slacks, nice watch. Time to be bawse. A woman in her late twenties wants to see stability, security, and maturity. By 35, you should have a good chunk in savings and your mind should be on the future, and investing. Let them kids play at the mall and stay in shape.

doing whatever the fuck you want
This here. I can give a good gotdamn about what people think about me. I ride around on my tractor cutting my grass singing. I listen to country music. Never worn a pair of Jordans. Basically, if everybody else is doing it then I ain't into it.

Do you. 'fuck what anybody else has to say about it. Dress how you want to dress and what you feel comfortable in. Drive what you like, not what people think is cool. But that keeping up with the Joneses shit will keep you broke.

Ask yourself a question before you buy some expensive shit: Do you like it because you like it, or are you seeking some approval from others. What if somebody tells you the shit you just paid for is played out. Are you going to stop wearing it/using it?

Which reminds me, I need to get my gray suit tailored a little bit for my patna's wedding. I'm gonna be cleaner than a bar of dove soap..

Cool is doing you. Sometimes that fit's with larger social trends, sometimes it goes against the grain, sometimes it's in between. There are cats that are 80 years old that are still cool as fuck because thats just naturally who they are. Maybe your are confusing cool with being popular?

That is all that matters.

Thanks y'all I'll check out Zara's and Bull Boxer. I hope they got my size cuz I need a size 12 too maybe a 13 if their too tight.

:please:
:lol:Yooooo...I'm in the same boat size 12/13:lol:

Also go to DSW if you have one near you. They always have a nice clearance section with size 12-13s. It's a hit or miss sometimes, but I always go every now and then. You fine some real nice shoes for 30%-70% off.

I'm building a nice collection of grown man shit:thumbsup:

Stay in your class, you will always be happy. That's with women, friends, business associates, dress code, around family, etc... Wannabees come in all shapes in sizes, you can spot them a mile a away.

Birds of a feather, flock together. Stay away from "monkey see, monkey do" people or advice from them. Don't ever feel like you have to let another person or family member validate your lifestyle or dress code.

Be yourself and natural, dress according to venue, your environment or event, not based on your age. Be versatile, one dimensional dressers are lame. Being cool comes natural.

Headed there tomorrow see what they got. DSW you can find some real steals up in there.

cool is just that, being cool and confident in who YOU are,

loving yourself enough to take care of yourself...

staying in shape and lookin good in a tee shirt and jeans no matter what the age...

being able to rock long braids or a bald ass head..

as long as you know yourself and feel good and confident about who you are...

thats fuckin cool!!!!

so what pair of jordans were you thinkin about picking up?? lol
:smh: Men over 30 shouldn't be wearing braids just my 2cents.

What's funny is how things change with eras. When Atari came out, how many gamers were over 35. Now, the biggest demographics of gamers is over 35 and the older people who say that shit if for kids are dying off. Naturally, older people don't spend as much time playing games because of work, family, and life, but it's funny how what's considered grown changes.

Hell, you have sneakerheads over 35 who came up with sneakers in the 80s and 90s after Jordans changed the game. They don't do crazy colors, but they will wear some nice, clean sneakers. I don't recall my parents ever owning a pair of sneakers.

Shit I remember how old timers used to talk about jeans like they were for kids and the dregs of society, now it isn't shit for people over 35 to wear jeans.

Like others said, people need to do them. Some people let gray take over and end up looking 10 years older, others dye that shit and choose to look younger. As long as THEY are comfortable, there isn't a wrong choice.
