From what I heard, he has half brothers and sisters from his father. She was going to get really interesting now. The problem is without a will who has rights to make the necessary calls? Let's say he had a relationship with his sister, and didn't have a relationship with his 5 brothers and sisters, without a will in place they can have as much right to money or control as she does. It's possible that he didn't even know those five motherfuckers even existed, but they can claim rights to shit, how fucked up is that?
Prince didn't have a will. That's the messed-up part of it, estranged or not these siblings all of a sudden have rights to everything now. To put it in perspective I heard this story last year:
20 year old woman told her parents that she was lesbian and they cut her off. They stopped paying for her College, and would not allow her to come over for the holidays. They cut her off entirely.
She struggled and scraped and took out loans to pay for her College. She started her own business, and in the process met a woman that she would spend the rest of her life with. She had absolutely no contact with her parents during this time.
She was with this woman for 20 years.
Her business turned into a multimillion-dollar business. She died suddenly either from aggressive cancer or a car accident I can't remember. You know who got claim to all her money from her business because no will was in place? Her parents that she hadn't even talked to in more than 20 years. How fucked up is it that relatives that you are estranged from and hadn't had any contact with in over 20 years has more rights than someone who you have spent more than 20 years of your life with up until your death?

In Ghana, the state has laws in place for when a person dies without a will. It's called Intestate - a person who has died without having made a will.

Good point! Especially about him being a control freak over his music, I'll admit I was surprised that he didn't have a will in place. It's going to be a lot of court battles over his estate.

It is strange that we fear death but are raised up to welcome it weather we know it or not. Jesus preached just like I am doing right now. About rising above white people's laws, becoming unlimited in riches and actually living forever. And he meant it literally. The whites that promote Christianity and have a large portion of blacks following, are the ones mainly responsible for confusing the truth. Putting people in one accord with one vision, and moving toward one goal.
Why are kids raised up to never deal with reality until they are conformed to this world first? Why do we raise them up from birth poisoning them? There was a time when blacks only ate raw fruits and vegetables and the miracle foods out of the Bee Hive. There is a lot of evidence of this. They get you addicted to things that are contrary to your true nature. The human body was designed to live forever. Whites are making sure your ability to do that is stopped.
There have been a lot of experiments that we do not know about. Like cutting the head off of a dog, and hooking it up to a machine that will keep pumping the blood thru it's head. And it actually worked. So many minutes later the dog opened it's eyes, and it licked so stuff they put in it's mouth. They took a large dog and grafted the head of a smaller dog onto the neck of the larger dog. And it lived like that for a while. All this experimenting on how to live longer machinally longer. That is not natural. Dick Cheney has had several heart transplants. He has used unnatural ways to escape death several times.
Only the blacks still have the genes that if they were to turn away from the ways of whites and come back into the knowledge of self, that they could overcome the death they programmed for us. But if will never happen as long as we bombarded every day with a white reality. We are being guided away for everything natural the way it was before the whites came into existence to destroy the world.

That's what she thinks. Anybody with an interest in the estate can go file for administration until a will shows up. Some attorney is probably sitting around with a will in his office laughing at all these hounds.

James Brown had a will and a trust worth almost $100,000,000 and look what happened. Btw to this date the matter hasn't been resolved and the state of South Carolina and lawyers are eating away at his fortune .
He didn't have kids and wasn't married so probably didn't see it as a priority
