NFL Free Agency 2016....

Sadly,I gotta agree with you.As,much I couldn't stand Tebow,he wasn't a total fuck up.
Yeah, Tebow is a great athlete, just not an NFL QB. (When he was on Denver I believed in him and those 4th quarter miracles LOL) but he has to come and realize that many players in the league changed their positions just to make it in the NFL and became successful. It's a hard transition, but what are you gonna do!?

Eric Decker, Brandon Marshall reach out to Ryan Fitzpatrick

The Jets’ top two receivers want their quarterback back.

Eric Decker and Brandon Marshall sent Ryan Fitzpatrick a video on the first day of the team’s offseason program Monday, showing him what they’re working on and telling him they want him to get a deal done with the team.

“I love Fitzpatrick,” Decker said, via the Wall Street Journal. “Would love to get to work with him if he is going to be the quarterback of this team.”

Fitzpatrick had a good season last year, so it’s no surprise that Decker and Marshall want him back again this year. But from all indications, the Jets and Fitzpatrick remain far apart in contract negotiations, and Fitzpatrick isn’t eager to sign for the kind of money the Jets are offering.

If Decker and Marshall have their hearts set on playing with Fitzpatrick, they may be disappointed.

They need to get Kap and re-sign Von,but he told them,he's not coming until he gets paid.

Elway think it's all good to not sign your best defensive player and not signed a quarterback by now....
Wait what?!?! Von ain't signed back with the Broncos AND they still don't have a QB? The fuck kinda games Elway playing?

What they offering Von?

During the first or second week of free agency, there were many reports that said Von and the Broncos were close to a deal and I assume things were all good despite the Broncos franchise tag him.Since,I haven't heard anything on it,I decided to check this past Friday and found out Von wasn't coming to OTA's,because he doesn't have a deal,yet...........I don't know what the fuck Elway is doing, but he need to sign him

As,for the quarterback situation,I've heard they like Case Keenum or Josh McCown,if they can't get Kap

This the part,I hate about Elway...I was behind him when he let Decker and Julius Thomas go,even though I wish he kept one of them, but to not have a quarterback and not re-sign your best defensive player is ridiculous

Why string it out with Von?

You know you have to give him that monster deal and he worth it just pay him and get it over with

That's crazy to me. Can't assume shit with these teams.
Here I am thinking Von was a priority and would easily be re-signed.
Yet Elway got his best defensive player hanging in the balance. :smh:
Elway must be playing some, "You need me more than I need you" game or something.
Give that man his money already.

Broncos offering a draft pick for McCown? Didn't think Rams would let Keenum go.

Gonna be a QB competition at the Broncos for the starting job if they don't get Kap.

Von wants 5 years 110 million,I don't know how much guaranteed,he wants but that's his offer at the moment.

I shouldn't have assume, everything was all good, until it became official.

Elway can't let Hall of Fame talent like that go,especially after it was the defense who carried that team this past year.

If,Elway get a bum ass quarterback, how can he look at the defensive side eyes and say this quarterback will get us our fourth trophy.

I wouldn't have a problem,if the Broncos picked up McCown, because he's pretty solid from what I saw from him last season, but anything other than him,Fitzpatrick or Kap is not going to sit well with me.

I tried to tell these guys this day one but they said Elway know what he doing..

Elway knows what he's doing, but he let his stubbornness and ego get in the way sometimes.

He will be the highest paid defensive player in the NFL

That's gonna happen

You know his stats don't back it up but then again Vernon shouldn't be paid no where near Von so I understand it. I read they like 4 mill per year apart. What are you going to do with that 4 million? Overpay for role player? These know it all niggas kill me. Jerry would give his left nut for Von to come home. Keep playing and let one of these hungry owners in. You see what Vikings had to do to keep Ap happy after Jerry got in touch.

I'm saying. Defense has been the biggest key to victory.

But I think Elway gonna let him play out the rest of the season on the franchise tag.

Fit Kap or McCown we'll see by July 15. I could see Fitz at Broncos.

When teams play around with top talent like this you only end up paying more in the end

For example Cowboys with Dez

You go ahead and sign him before the 2014 season you not paying him 70 million

That wasn't the market at the time

You sit and let other dudes get paid and the price goes up

Miller is probably twice as good as Vernon and look what he just got

You gotta pay up ain't no way around it

Cats want a loyal ass home discount but they the first ones to cut you when you fall off.

And he's the Super Bowl MVP. Stop the bullshittin Elway.

If,he lets Von go,I'm gonna be mad as hell.

The defense never had a great defensive player, since Champ Bailey got traded to the team.

I said the same thing when Chris Harris(2014) and Derek Wolfe(towards the end of this past season) re-signed :smh:

Elway thinks he can replace anybody, when they leave...You can't do that, especially when you're trying to win consistently

He should know better, because the team was shitty, before he got there

:smh::smh::smh:

Rumor has it Carolina has rescended the franchise tag from Josh Norman and he is currently a unrestricted free agent...

The Panthers not willing to meet Normans demands should be a warning to other teams

They know him better than anyone and they know he isn't worth 16 a year

Many teams have spent their free agent money up as well so I'm curious to see if he can actually get that

Cowboys should cut Carr and sign Norman. I'd rather pay him 16 mill than pay Carr 12.7

When you break it down like that it's an obvious choice but I wouldn't want no guarantees past year 3 tho

This nigga Carr about to complete a 5 year contract and shit cuz it's would've cost too much to cut him the last couple seasons
