No, he isn't. He has nothing to apologize for. Look at that show – there is no dress code. And if Disney says the shirt is offensive, they'll be putting their own hypocrisy on display front and center. The Mouse CAN'T say shit about the shirt. They will quietly and discreetly go about making sure they peep all hosts' wardrobe before going on air. Trust me, they don't want to make this an issue. They will lose the PR battle on it. No question.

I have the shirt and wore it recently got a few funny looks from a few white people. Went in my local liquor store. Fancy place and this white guy looks at the shirt starts cracking up and says I see what you did there. I was thinking his ass must be lurking on BGOL.
