Interesting "bottle episode" tonight. I don't think we've seen the Carol/Maggie combination before, so that was new. Carol really going through it. She wasn't 100% faking with them Negan broads. She's still a killer, but I don't think killing "people" face to face is an easy thing for her now.
One thing I'm trying to understand is how Negan's group appears to be so well organized (all that radio protocol, Safe houses, weapon training), but they've still been taken down rather easily. And Rick and the Crew were ready to take the Negan backup team with the quickness.
Are they just overconfident? Or are we just seeing the scrubs?

Like I said early, something tells me when they finally meet Negan, he gone kill half the cast.
Who knows. People who are into the comics will drown in their own tears if the people doing the series start to do more of their own thing. Most viewers don't know shit about Negan.

Started with the gov. they stumbled upon a tone when they set his music off. Before it was kinda all over the place but now they have a definitive sound to bring about tension.
Same here. I tried to get into the comic, but I couldn't. I wish the writers would just use the 1000000000000000000000 ways a story could go. They got enough non-comic people hooked to call the shots.
I'm surprised you couldn't get into the comic. I love the show, but the comic is many times more ruthless and unpredictable.
