I've seen Scarface a hundred times, at least. Had the double VHS. That scene has always been there.
The only scene I can think of that was either added to a Director's Cut or TV broadcast was a scene where all the Cuban refugees sat around a tv watching the original film in freedom town before the Rebenga hit.
