If you fall behind in it they choose not to deal with it. And then they get angry because they're are consequences to their actions. They take a percentage out of your check.

If you can't pay 13-18% then you need to think about what you're going to do. In life. 13% shouldn't break you. That's not a vicious game. The woman has to pay the rest of the 77%. one child is 18%
two children is 20%
three and over is 25%..
