I got a call and a close friend got accused of sexual harassment at work and it actually ended up in the net and in the papers hell I was told that even reporters went to his house. Honestly I cannot believe it.

I wanted to ask has that ever happened to you and if it ever DID what the hell would you do?
 
Hell naw I'm not overly friendly at work. No work wife bullshit no homies at work.

it happened to a friend. He had to hire a pricey lawyer who knew the judge personally too go to bat for his life. It took several years even moved out of state but he paid her off I think.
He hasn't been the same emotionally since real spit.
 
Modern day want You on some twitter tell your life story. Common sense says the old guard still rules. Make sure You have everything documented three times if need be day by day

a subordinate in his dept. and trust me she crazy white chick and was surprised at all that this happened I didn't PREDICT it but I wasn't surprised. drama queen frequent crier and professional victim. and I only met ONCE years ago. She got fired and then filed this.

He mad cool but he be joking to much sometimes and acting like these people at work are his FRIENDS, they are not. they are your co-workers.

they are PAID to be your friends.

Thankfully the job supported him and legal seems to of handled it but to have your name and picture pop attached to that I googled his name and SEXUAL HARASSMENT is the FIRST thing that popped up and I mean I didn't finish typing...auto correct did that.

They called the other depts...that's how my other friend found out and called me.

I spoke to him for like a minute but he was a mess even though everything seems settled now EVERYONE knows and reporters went to his crib and talked to his wife, that is foul. He aint famous or NOTHING. Uncle Chuck . Foul now his kids know, wife is embarrassed because he messed up and tried to not tell anyone INCLUDING her. And after a FULL investigation weeks ago it was proven he didn't do anything.

But they STILL ran the story.
 
to me if a broad accuses you of workplace sexual harassment then to my mind she has to be able to produce some proof

cause if she bring any he say she say bullshit I am gonna find a good lawyer and be ready to ride on both her AND the company if any fuckery go down

Yep! True story. Was transferring to a different fab and we worked in a clean room. The chick that was training me was a tiny chick. Had the smallest hands I had ever seen. I said, you have some cute little hands. lol That bitch reported me to HR and I got suspended for a weeks pay.

Not sexual but still. Was working with this one chick who I thought was really cool. She came in to work jumping on my back playing around ha ha. One day we had a discussion about religion and politics. She didn't agree with some of the stuff I was talking about and went to HR and complained!!! WTF! So once again here comes HR. I didn't get into any trouble but they gave a class on basically keeping our opinions to ourselves.

After that BS I shut my mouth and never said shit again at work.

people being let go left and right and she always STILL standing, managers making jokes about and when her day FINALLY CAME?

And the worst part is nobody is gonna remember this chick constantly having damn near nervous breakdowns if any superior checking her she was QUICK with those tears boy.

He used to joke about her of and on and I would JOKE back...she'll probably be here AFTER they let you go.

I'm happy he still at the job and it appears the whole administration backed him but I KNOW his wife.

This is NOT gonna end well for him regardless.

I've been fired twice for staring down the back of white women's but cleavage as I walk by their chairs. I stare down blouses too. All the women that caught me were in the late 50's and 60s and white.

When I was in the Army I got accused of that shit. A black girl who I thought was cool used to flirt with me all the time. I had sent my wife home and moved back into the barracks until I got out the service which was about six months. After physical training she asked if she could go back to my barracks and take a shower instead of going back to her barracks. I said cool because she used to always say slick shit to me and grab my crotch when nobody was looking.

I got in the shower first and walked into the room naked. She made a few comments about me and I tried to push up on her. She said no and I left it at that. She showered and we went to work. After lunch I get called into the commanders office. He made me stand at the position of attention when I first came in so I knew shit wasn't good. He told me that she said that I had sexually harassed her and made her feel uncomfortable. That shit made me had an out of body experience. All I could think about was having to call my wife and explain to her what went down.

His exact words was "If this was yesterdays Army I would take you out back and kick your ass for that." I told him that he can do what he felt like he had to do. I was then told of my rights and sent over to the JAG (lawyers) office on base. They told me that the charge would bring me jail time and loss of money with a dishonorable discharge. At that point I still had not told my wife what was going on. I wrote my statement on what went down and they began their investigation. It turns out that she had been transferred to our unit for making false sexual harassment charges on another brother. She had no credibility and the claim got thrown out. She was transferred yet again and I had to deal with the stigma for a couple of months before I got a transfer myself to a unit that I had friends in high places.

After that I got out the Army. She taught me a valuable lesson. Never trust a female you work with who is flirting with you unless she pulls out a titty or flash some pussy first. That shit could be a set up. BTW I never told my wife but that shit had me shook.

Had a homie who was in the police academy couple years ago get hit with that shit.He started fucking around with some white bitch who had no relation to the police force which was in DC and he and her lived out in the county.
She got mad at him one day for something dumb and went to headquarters and told them he sexually assaulted her.

They immediately stopped all his training until they could get to the bottom of the story.She later told them he ain't do shit but they wouldn't give him a badge.
She kept calling him saying she was sorry but he wasn't hearing it.
