She's right to warn cats not to fuck up their money following behind somebody else. Don't like what the Oscars are doing? Parody them, get paid for it and keep it moving. The streets of LA, parking decks, restaurant staff and porn sets are filled with actors and actresses that will never get an invite to the Oscars.

She's 100% right. Will's performance in 'Concussion' was NOT Oscar worthy.
Idris Elba's performance in 'Beast of No Nation' WAS Oscar worthy.
The predominately old cac academy didn't give Denzel an Oscar for Malcolm X, which was unquestionably the BEST acting performance that year.
Why would they give one to Will for the unnuanced stiff performance in "Concussion"???

Wow, I'm amazed at how so many of you are co-signing what she says but then accuse her of being salty about her and that will smith situation. It's possible she simply has a valid point and IS NOT SALTY about what happened 20+ years ago. Her argument has merit. Plain and simple.
If you take the words out of her mouth place them in another actor, the points are still valid. Like many of you don't give a rats ass about some bullshit beef from 20yrs ago, why would you assume she is still catching feelings behind her & will's beef? To me, she simply called out Will Smith and Jada Pinkett on their bullshit. Yeah she ethered them and didn't hide behind an anonymous post or some other bullshit.

I got about a quarter of the way through the movie, and she is right his accent is all over the place. I don't know about the female characters role being cut, but I don't doubt it. Some actors maneuver as to not be out shined by co-actors. Will Smith did the same thing in Wild Wild West by cutting some of Kevin Kline's lines and taking them for himself because they were funnyWhy is anyone surprised by this? Janet HATES Will. Janet has hated Will for over 20 years. Hating Will is kinda all Janet has left.
She does have some strong hate, but she also has some valid points. Will Smith did not deserve an Oscar for this role. In comparison, Jeffrey Wright playing Peeples Hernandez in shaft 2000... Now that accent had me believing that Jeffrey Wright was actually Latino instead of being black. I'm not saying that Jeffrey's role was Oscar worthy, but his accent was 100% believable to me
