Yeah i'm ok with it..also wouldve preferred Austin, but it appears that we may be hiring swartz as the defensive coordinator so hopefully we get the same type of defensive scheme we would've got with Austin.

Shurm may not stay..rumours is Defllipio (Browns OC) is coming in to be the QB coach, and another ex backup QB Frank Reich (Chargers OC) is gonna interview for the Offensive Coordinator job
