Fetty Wap gives best friend this special present... idk about that though!

In spite of differing opinions, can we at least agree that doing this on camera was a bad idea?

I'm not sure. Either way people were going to see or hear about the car and we can assume that people are aware of they are friends.we don't know if this puts his friend in anymore danger than before.

From a professional stand point it helps fetty. No one can question his loyalty to his friends and he comes off as having humility.

This is what I'm implying.... A new home would've been the most intelligent thing to do for a friend. "I don't know about that" (referring to his decision in buying a car.) A car? That's "temporarily helping a friend. Basically and continuously implying this is young thinking (Especially knowing Newark NJ is not the best place to be buying a car for a friend).
Point well taken and understood. I guess I can't go against you because I don't know the area.

I am all for looking out for your "day 1" niggas. But Fetty just bought this dude his own funeral.

Where he parking that at? His momma crib, his crib in the hood? Sorry to be typing up some negative shit, because this is a wonderful gesture. But just buy me a lil house in the 'burbs. Put some cash in my hands. Fuck a car! I gotta worry about insurance, cops, jackboys, gas! SMH.

Good lookin Fetty!

For that 150 he coulda put his boy's kids... AND his boy through school. Like that nigga Mike Rozier, after his career fall off all he'll have to show for it is a car. Heisman trophy winner, 7 years in the league, living in a apartment and still pushin a red '88 Benz.

peace

P-town/Petterson unless his man lives in the Bricks now...
According to the interweb, Monty's hhis producer from the Lou/StLouis

It comes of as if you're trying to imply there is more to the story or something gay, but now that no one else is agreeing with you, you are attempting to switch up what you meant.

Either way maybe that's what the friend asked for and the car may have been cheaper than a house in a good area/non fixer upper.

We all think differently and owning a house may not be important to a lot of people for many different reasons. For all you know he already has a house or fetty bought him or his family one last year.
I was wondering does anyone know if he has a house already or not? Because I just see a friend buying a friend his dream car because he can. We don't know the conditions of the agreement.
But I don't see it as a gay gesture though.

I hoping all that went into it....I hope.
Probably not. The friend has to pay income tax on the "gift" and he has to pay the 7% title tax on the car when he registers it, depending on where he lives.:smh:
And the insurance will be the friend's problem. It won't be on the Camry rate either.

Cool. I don't know either of them. But if that's the case, he has nothing to worry about.

Someone already said the friend is a member of Remy boys as an artist or producer so potentially he can afford the upkeep.

If this is true then the gift is a non-issue.

it took awhile but someone finally figured out its not just a friend.. its one of the dudes in his crew that raps with him. he probably took it out of his check or some shit....
doing like Birdman does Lil Wayne... buy him a $180,000 dollar car and keep the rest of the Million...

Correct, but if I'm rich, I don't want anybody buying me a car. What if it's not something that I even like. Hell I don't like people buying me gifts as it is. I prefer gift cards.

True, but thats a whole other issue. As a friend I would decline a gift that expensive, but it's still a nice gesture regardless of what the gift is.

Monty was all over his album. This isn't some random dude he just happen to give a car to.

peace

Ok that makes a lot more sense cause I'd be damn if I buy my best friend a 180,000 car.. You better off giving him the cash instead but mofos use the material aspect to throw you off the money trail when they dipping in your pot..

Bird man perfected that shit with lil Wayne... Tried it with Drake and saw Drake wasn't falling for the okie doke.. He ain't accept no gifts from bird man

I hope some piece of shit doesn't jack dude for that whip. And I'm assuming Fetty must have helped dude move out the hood by now. Otherwise, he might as well dowse his boy with bacon grease and toss him at a pack of pitbulls.

This here. If cuz got that whip and still pulling up in the hood, it's only a matter of time
