Acting like a bitch or not, he's not getting suspended with no prior history. They only suspend players who have a prior history. You get fined first. Then they have to prove your intent was to injure someone. Look how many times Suh has avoided suspension or even fines.
You're probably right about the prior history and him just getting a fine (I don't recall Suh having a helmet to helmet).
With that being said the helmet to helmet looked like he had the intent to injure because of the way that he launched himself with his helmet, just like Harrison did.
