The son from the first marriage for sure. The junkie son, while a potential liability seems to be the only one in the family that has any awareness about the situation they're in.
I would have liked to see this as well. We know some about how hospitals are dealing with the outbreak, but we could use more detailsthe part where they drove past the hospital,wouldnt have minded if they had shifted the focus over to that instead..

I watched episode three of "Fear" and dammit if these aren't the dumbest most frustrating characters ever. I can let dumb characters slide in a show that has been on for a while, but I'm already annoyed with these people and it's only three episodes in. Ruben Blades won't even keep me watching...

Watchers want zombies to appear out of thin air, for people to know what to do when zombies(something they know nothing about) pop up. They want a Rick or blade type guy to save the day.
People in show are just normal Americans, they don't know shit.
With better writing and pacing they should have started with this show 1st and then did the Walking Dead.

I think most people not putting this show in it's proper context. We have to remember, we got Rick pre zombies...wakes up & shit is all bad. We bypassed all this in Atlanta. FTWD is giving us what happened while Rick was sleeping. True enough, the original ruined the story telling for this show...doesn't help that the characters are dumb & annoying.
