Dam near everyone gets hooks written for them. Hooks are about song making. MC'ing and rapping is about lyrics. Many producers give hooks with their tracks and the artist builds around that or adjusts the hook to fit their train of thought. Pharrell clown ass has written tons of hooks for your favorite rappers. Fab "Breathe" was a track and hook given to him by Just Blaze. Fab built the entire song around the hook because he thought it was saying "Breath". When he found out it wasnt Jus Blaze adjusted the vocals to say just that. Point being, everyone has hooks written for them.
