I'm trying to learn the stocks game. Where do yall recommend I start reading? Also who has the best online brokerage? I think I'll start investing like $500 a month an see how it goes.

It's a VERY big risk to invest 100k to buy 3000 call option contracts at a price of 35 cents.
If the news wasn't received well by the market and those options went from 35 cents in value to 17 cents then that 100K that the trader invested would have been halved. Stupid RISK to take ......UNLESS you know something is going to happen.
Good for this trader...... BUT it can also go horribly wrong like this guy
He invested €2800 on a euro/franc CFD position and lost €280,000 when the Swiss National Bank removed its currency peg.
He was leveraged 1:400

true. that's why i was reading the comments section and a lot of people think he must have known something was up.

i endorsed RWLK and i made money off of it but i didn't mention ECOB. i guess i got out at the right time for RWLK. i am really surprised that it kept dropping the way it did. i am optimistic it will rise again given some time because dude, seriously, just look at what their product. it's a live changing invention. society or should i say Wall street might not appreciate it now
at $8.01 now...I've put it on my watch list..they seem to be developing a medication for soothing of IBS and IBD symptoms,diseases that have been growing exponentially over the years..

why didnt you drop that LCI, I thought the rule was get out at no more than a 10% loss. or am I crazzy?
well, depends on what book you're reading. some say 10, others say 11, etc....i don't really ascribe to any schools of thought when it comes to dropping a stock. i look at current events, fundamentals, and whatever product they're offering instead....and make a decision based on that
