I actually watched n she lost her momentum toward the end of the 2nd set while trying to finish off her opponent. She lost the set in the tiebreaker but came on strong in the 3rd to win her 20th grand slam title. Props to her after she retire they will not ever get me to watch tennis again

Tiger Woods, Jackie Robinson, the list goes on. Fortunately in sports, numbers matter. Once she gets the number of grand slams higher than her white counterparts, their wont be anything to discuss.

Nope not ME I ALWAYS knew that Serena would be the better player..so I expected EXACTLY this..she was always more consistent coming up. I met them both when they were about 12 and 13. They did an appearance at the Tennis court at the new (back then) Boys and Girls High School off of Malcolm X Blvd in Booklyn. I would always say that back then Venus had the faster serve but Serena was the better player.

English" and Serena "knows enough to feel comfortable on the public stage". My girl is fluent in French and she says that SW speaks it perfectly.

Actually at the time the tennis experts were saying Serena was more talented than Venus. Venus was the first to hit the scene but after you saw both of them play you could clearly see that Serena was the better of the two.

What's amazing to me is how little coverage she gets on sports shows and ESPN, I guarantee you it she was white she would be getting so much coverage. This shit is insane to me, she just won her 20th title and I heard no discussion of it all all. You had a horse getting more coverage than her.....
