All of these joints right hurrr, especially that Wahl shaver/shaper, I use it also and rarely ever get razor bumps!!!...

If I use the Wahl I get bumps.

may give it a try 'cause i have to shave everyday with my outliners

The Wahl's definitely work and get close.

Unless you just got a cut, it doesn't. A waste of mone.

They're used as the "Finisher", once you use the Andis or other clipper/shaver the Wahl is used to smooth it out. It's not meant to work with long facial hair, only stubble.

Some advice: before using those brown ones, cut your hair down with regular trimmers first. Those brown ones are strictly meant for cutting hair that's already close so it can provide a closer feel.

If you cut your face with the brown ones while you already have some scruff, you gonna fuck up your face (in-grown hairs for real...).

Yes but it's probably just my skin. They use those at the barber shop and I don't see many with bumps.

I hope I can help someone in this thread. I was sensitive to shaving around my neck. I found an article on Blackdoctor.org that helped me. If you mix coconut oil and tree oil your bumps will disappear. Promise!

It definitely works and cuts close!

He's right about the fast, aggressive and pushing down motions that most of us use. I'll try the smooth and rhythmic motions that he suggested and see if that works better for the bumps. Hopefully I was just using it wrong.

just got my Wahl shaver/shapers two days ago

these mofos make me want to shave instead of the sh!t just being a daily chore

razor sharp shave, no stubble and so far no bumps

thanks again MadWun & everyone that cosigned them




and now the bad news...i copped the 8547 model instead of the 8061s

these mfz don't work with the power cord, so i have to wait until the battery is charged before i can use them

but the older model 8061, works both cordless and corded, so i may exchange them

other than that, these mfz are dope
