LaRon Landry gives ZERO fucks if you think he's juicing

That's my problem as well, the general public seems to believe that steroids are some black market shit and shame everyone that gets caught just cuz they're told to by the media. But a lot of these steroids are supplements you can buy at GNC or any store that sells supplements, but they're just banned from certain sport organizations. I really don't get caught up in the public shaming of the shit nowadays, even if an athlete isn't using PEDs, they're likely using a supplement that simply isn't banned (yet).

But as for Landry, it is definitely looking like abuse, and it's not gonna end well when you excessively use roids (much like anything else really).

:confused::confused: :hmm::hmm: :smh::smh:

theo... you tripping. that shit at GNC = marketing hype.

if you think for a split second that OTC hyped shit at GNC = steroids, you are COMPLETELY lost. all you'll do is waste $$$ believing that shit.

steroids not only work, but they enable you to work harder; there is NO comparison btw natural vs juiced. none. natrually, only the freakiest rare freak (of freaks) can match up with the AVERAGE juiced guy.

but again, it's all about genetics bc i've seen guys shoot stacks of roids and work like crazy only to make minimal gains.
i've also seen guys shoot roids like crazy and develop upper body mass but only develop STRENGTH (and not mass) in their legs.

again, without legs, if you're into bodybuilding, the ceiling is VERY low. as they say, "it's either squats or blue jeans... but you can't have both."

MC Twist was on the same label as me. When Luke showed me his album cover, dude was diesel as shit! I finally met him, dude looked like a top heavy muscle bound popsicle stick. Fam had Tony Atlas' torso and a concentration camp bottom.

in the offseason, he works-out in the same gym as i do.

people say he's on roids BASED SOLELY ON HIS ARMS.

other than that, he's a regular-looking guy... has NO LEGS at all.

Look at his quads.

NO LEGS ?

You are disillusioned & cant see pass his over sized arms(out of balance). Is it just the cheap wine or your own football dreams gone sour ?

Landry squats well over double his body weight of 220-225lbs. For relative strength of a pro football/DB he is doing just fine.

There aint a strength coach " EMPLOYED" in the NFL that will let you neglect your bread & butter. And as you can see during pregame warm ups "during" the season his frame is balanced. The bicep flicks are post work out from the off season.

you have one pic from his redskins days... legs flexed as he's running a drill. what PRO athlete wouldn't show muscle quality then? i see the dude at the gym weekly.

trust me, dude has no legs and is :lol:at by the hardcore guys in the gym, who are basically just hating on who he is.

again, the people who accuse him of being on roids are looking at JUST his arms. if you saw his legs, you wouldn't even think he worked out. that's NOW... as in today... not 10 fucking yrs ago.

plus, i know MANY guys who have the genetics for STRENGTH in their legs but can't develop mass... that's VERY common. i trained tony atlas (old school wrestler) in the mid 80's... dude was strong as a bull while squatting. his arms were STILL bigger than his legs. it is what it is.

Man on some real shit I do leg workouts for balance and to keep them strong but I ain't about to be in the gym squatting a million pounds doing dead lift and shit

I ain't training to be in no powerlifting or bodybuilding contest

Legs get ONE DAY a week

So it really ain't no telling

I never put more than 3 plates on when I'm repping tho

Like I said I ain't power lifting man just trying to keep form and rep it out

It isn't marketing, HGH is a common item you can buy but it's not allowed in most sports. It has nothing to do with marketing hype bruh, a lot of shit we can take, pro athletes can't. I don't no shit about these supplements marketing, I'm going off banned substances list in NFL & MMA and other suspensions in MMA I've seen happen. You can buy a lot of the shit they get caught for right at a retail, it's not all illegal, it's just banned in some sports. There's nothing to hype, it's a common fact.

FUCK a squat. and i mean that.

you cannot tell me that you wont get the same results on the leg press.

flatten your lower back in there and push with your hammies first (DO NOT use your knees), you will get a pump like nobody's business.

dude, HGH is a controlled substance. you cannot buy it anywhere without a prescription.

you cannot buy steroids or hgh anywhere retail or over the counter.

i feel you bruh. form and getting reps in is most important for sure. I've never squatted for max numbers (my 1rm is 365). I'm more into going for reps for leg development. Usually go to 3 plates myself. or sometimes 225x20.

dude was always strong even in his lsu days i wonder what happened to him

plus he came out running a 4.35 40 yard dash

225 is usually where I keep it at as well

As you said leg development

We ain't power lifters

That's my range right there.

Only time I go above 225 on squats is if I'm on the hack squat machine.

Anything above 225 on the free weight squat rack and my knees start sounding like a ninja walking on bubble wrap :smh:

I'm just here so I don't get fined

hGH was a bad example, my point is you can buy supplements that work as PED in sports anywhere. It happens all the time with newer supplements. They recall it, make it illegal or ban alot of shit well AFTER the fact it's already been on shelves. There are a lot of supplements that contain ingredients you can buy anywhere but are banned from sports. Not every athlete caught in a PED scandal is just shooting a needle in their butt, that's not the case all the time.

There are hundreds of over-the-counter items available locally, such as Anabolic Halo, a powder touted as promoting “chilling gains in muscle size and strength,’’ and Jack3d, which is said to induce “ultra-intense muscle-gorging strength.’’ Those and other supplements are sold with virtually no oversight by the FDA.

Earlier this month, a US Senate subcommittee held a hearing on an FDA report that two supplements made by American Cellular Labs Inc. - Tren Xtreme and Mass Xtreme Size Promoter - contained synthetic versions of anabolic steroids. The FDA advised consumers to avoid products that purport to offer steroid-like effects or are advertised with such words as “hardcore’’ and “anabolic.’’
.

Hidden hazards in bodybuilding products

Labecki says the players were suspended for three games after taking a product called Cellucore that promised bigger muscles, faster.

What the players didn't know is the product contains Synephrine, which is banned by the WIAA, the NCAA and the NFL.

....

The football players bought Cellucore at a GNC.

GNC said in a statement all customers are responsible for knowing what they are buying.

OTC nutrition supplements may contain banned substances

maxing-out isn't necessary, at all. what you want is to USE PROPER FORM AT ALL TIMES... NOT momentum.

for strength, use a weight where you can do 6 - 8 strict reps, SLOW & METHODICAL, esp. on the negative, and if you like, cheat a little and get to 10.

for building mass = pumping the muscle full of blood, do a strict rep range of 12 - 15 and cheat to 18 or 20. FOR THIS TYPE OF TRAINING, YOU MUST... MUST ABSOLUTELY LEAVE YOUR EGO AT THE DOOR. contrary to popular belief and youtube video shorts... bodybuilders RARELY use heavy weights; however, you will ALWAYS see them isolating the muscle properly and contracting slowly.

check out the series, "get cut with glass," on youtube. charles glass is the bodybuilding guru for technique... been around forever.

last thing D-Town... since your back is aching. do you drink coffee?

a lot of people with back issues, esp. spasms, are not having back issues. what they are experiencing is pain from their adrenal glands (right above the kidneys) from the over-consumption of caffeine.

i stopped drinking coffee last october, and my back stopped hurting. my back was never the issue tho... my adrenals were taxed.

:roflmao::roflmao::roflmao: "a common item you can buy?"

dude, are you serious?

if i could get my hands on some HGH, nicca, i'd have a needle stuck in my gut right fucking now!:yes::D

but truth be told, i know how to get it, but it involves some lies, some doctored blood work, and a LOT of $$$.

^ Max knows his shit. It's more about 'feeling the muscle' complete each rep. basically picking a moderate but not too-heavy weight, and establishing that mind-muscle connection.

:yes::yes: when i asked about the mind-to-muscle connection long ago, a pro bodybuilder told me the following:

"without the 'mind-to-muscle' connection and proper form, you're just a weightlifter. you might as well move a stack of bricks from one side of the room to the other... you're not gonna accomplish much."

I have no dog in the fight. Landry is going to do what Landry is going to do, but he has no business being that big in the arms in the secondary, PERIOD!:hmm::lol:

On another note, when I was working out in my prime, cats would come up and ask me what type of "stack" I was on.

So, I think back to the muscle mags I used to read and these cats were thinking I was roiding.

True story. My arms got to about 80 to 85 percent of how big Landry's are with this regimen: mom cooked me three squares, I split 'em into six meals. No beef, no pork, mind you.

I was taking a protien shake, cell tech, getting in 2 leg workouts a week, and 8 hours of sleep.

Trust me, if you have any type of genetics, it can be done...if it's just on some body body builder sh!t.

:lol::lol::lol::smh:
alzado was on roids, but he was also on that HUMAN-DERIVED version of HGH.

nowadays, HGH has a (hard-to-get) synthetic version and a (very $$$) bio-identical version... both much cleaner (and safer) than extracting it from the pituitary of cadavers.
:eek::eek::eek:Had NO idea!
Dude. Pick a sport. Mr. Olympia or football
:eek::lol:
:lol::lol::lol:

the mr. olympia has a big-time weed-out factor called, "leg development." a LOT of guys can win local and state competitions without legs, but you can't/won't win a national level show without legs.

and leg development is about 70% genetics and 30% EXTREME pain and agony. not many guys have the genetics, and even with the genetics, not many guys can tolerate the "burn" to REALLY develop their legs.

that's why the leg equipment at most gyms has dust on it... the shit hurts.

landry does arms damn near every day... that's all he does. i'd bet $5 to your $0.25 that his arms are prolly bigger than his legs now.

there's another clown in that gym called, "big man." dude does a prison style arm workout... doesn't do ANYTHING else: curls, curls, curls, curls... triceps triceps, curls, curls, curls.

mofo arms bout 24" but that's it... he doesn't even TRY to work out anything else. :smh::lol:he'll brag about his arms and how he's "hardcore," but if you mention legs, back, shoulders, etc. he changes the subject.
Yo, back in 2004-2005, I was a member of L.A. Fitness. Me and my homeboy would come in for leg day on Tuesday's and Thursday's. Gym...be...packed, but as you look into the corner where the squat rack is...empty than a mofo.

People steady askin' me if I'm 'roidin, but I am at the squat rack twice a week, can barely walk back to the dressing room to get dressed, or push the brakes to the stop the car on the way home.

Cats want it, but they don't.

I tell you this: you do two leg days a week, your...body...will...GROW, PERIOD!:itsawrap:

how long you been on your regimen:

trenbolone
winstrol
test. enanthate
parabolan
HGH
clenbuterol
anadrol???

how long you been juicing, Lil Hefner?
I only take flint stone vitamins and a couple of one a days twice a day

None of that other shit in my body.

true statement there. Leg day takes a whole DIFFERENT type of mental intensity that most shy away from. A good leg workout is grueling as hell.

not many people are blessed with the genetics, but if you're one of the lucky ones, congrats. the most blessed mofo i know of is kenneth "flex" wheeler. dude had the muscle bellies AND he was myostatin deficient.

yep... those older versions of HGH were taken from cadavers; they're usually designated as hGH and not HGH, which is either synthetic or bio-identical, plant-based.

i've tried all that shit, but i didn't need the HGH bc (1) it was too expensive, (2) my natural levels are above-average, & (3) my fucking head is already too cot damn big.

and yes, tough leg & back workouts stimulate a MASSIVE NATURAL growth hormone release, but you have to know how to take advantage of it. about legs... they make or break the want-to-bes from the real guys. and even the guys with the genetics for huuuge legs sometimes can't take the pain associated with making them burn.

the fucking shit hurts like no other. but i'm 46 and i STILL put myself thru it. fuck it.

mofos be going hard as fuck doing bicep curls, traps, and triceps. say, "leg day is tomorrow motherfuckers," and the gym empties out like a fucking fire drill. i call them "curl monkies," or "curl robots," bc it's all they do.

true statement there. Leg day takes a whole DIFFERENT type of mental intensity that most shy away from. A good leg workout is grueling as hell.

:yes::yes: but it's worth it in terms of making your whole body grow and making your body release GH.

i did the tom platz leg workout one time in my life... just once, and i almost died. that mofo was sick, but he was blessed with awesome genetics and a super high pain tolerance.

go to 4:42 to about 7:25. dude was insane. he basically did light weight (with good form) to heavy weight (loose form) to failure on damn near all sets.
