How much is a sleep study with no health insurance?
I told a doctor my symptoms and he said they are very classic and telling signs of sleep apnea, he said we could skip the sleep study and he just prescribed me an auto pap.
Went through ASAA's (www.sleepapnea.org) C-Pap assistance program, paid them $100 donation in memory of Chad Butler
, and they sent the doctor a Resmed S9 auto pap machine w/ humidifier for me.I got it on now.
(I still think I would benefit from a sleep study so they can fine tune the therapy I need)

I had just talked to Mike/Shane on the 8th, the evening of the 8th! Life seemed to be good to him, and he never hinted about anything going poorly. There were no arguments, no petty exchanges - just a calmness he and I hadn't been able to experience since we'd broken up several years before...
I keep staring at the number in my phone and thinking, what do I do? Despite our differences, he was such a good man and he only meant well in this world. I feel like the world just swallowed him up whole - I know no more details than any of you know, but I know it's him and I feel sick about it...

what's up bro. See belowI just got off the phone with his mom. He had a heart condition that he was diagnosed with since 2010. He died the evening of Tuesday February 10th while on the phone with his cousin. Apparently he passed out in mid conversation and when they got to him it was too late. His mother sounded so hurt it hurt my heart.
