Maaaaan I am trying to stay away from that Kriss but it keeps popping up everywhere. The gen2 model they have is looking even more tempting. Guess I make it a bullpup day at the range today.

did you change your trigger in your tavor yet???? please don't get the timmey trigger it has to much "slush", the "G" is much better. BTW, I am selling my TIMMEY for 160 dollars.

I sold my ps, because of the past Obama scare (ammo was hard to get)

Yeah I got the Geissele in it now. Caught it on sale during the holidays.

Yeah I have the 5.7 pistol too so I stocked piled ammo. I was carrying the 5.7 as EDC but that big ass pistol was too much:lol:

.223... I already have an AR and I got a lot of that ammo

an AK-47 is in my future though :D

So, to my surprise, I found out they sold me the true AK 74model and not the 223 I was looking at...a win at the gun show [emoji2]

So it's 5.45X39? you could get some decent groups in that rifle configuration. That's if you run it as a bench-rest rifle of course.

So you wanted it in .223?

Why you say a win? Which is worth more money?

You gonna get the Saiga converted?

I lost interest in Saiga a little as far as getting 1 already converted or converting it myself. I'll just get an Arsenal Saiga & a Vepr 12.

Decent? 5.45 > 5.56 :hmm:

Yeah decent meaning like 3 inch groups which ain't bad but ain't great. He would see significant improvement polishing the trigger like in that vid you posted. It's decent for a rifle of that spec as they ain't all that refined like you asked was he gonna convert it. They need a little tuning.

But the 5.45 vs 5.56 comparison is relative I say that because if you looking for straight lethally yeah 5.45 is it but in terms of target shooting depending on barrel harmonics and such you can get some real tight groups using 5.56 especially match ammo. But no shade on anybody or any platform just depends on what you're looking for.

Haha yeah bbuzzard you said an AK was in the future so there you go!

:hmm: I'on like all y'all showing out on me wit all these bullpups & shit :hmm:

I'm a 7.62 man!

I'ma get an AR-15 this year, prolly 2. I want a AR rifle & pistol.

You know what? Before I post my "to buy list" & while I'm at it....
I was reading on a gun forum yesterday and a guy asked, "you ever ask yourself 'what am I gonna do with all these guns?'" Then he went on to say that he doesn't shoot half of his collection, has guns he's never shot, some only get sighted in, and even his edc glock haven't been fired.

Other guys chimed in and said similar things and that they downsized their collection, consolidated calibers, or sold everything but a few that could serve multiple purposes.

With that said....What are we doing with all these guns, because it's ADDICTING, and expensive.

I got a lot of women in my family, so I'm thinking that I'll be as practical as possible and load up on 12 gauges for SHTF (now that I'm thinking about it, it's too many of em for me to try to arm everybody, they got husbands & baby daddies that need to spend $300 on a shotgun :hmm:), but I can keep enough to pass off a few to 3 people and keep 1 for myself. Enough rifles to arm 6-8 men, and I guess about 10 pistols (I ain't real big on handguns, so that'll moderate itself and keep me from going crazy).

I love SKS's, want 2 more
Ruger 10/22
S&W m&p 15-22
DDM4 AR
Spikes AR pistol
Polish underfolder 7.62
Yugo ab2t 7.62
Yugo N-PAP & O-PAP 7.62
Arsenal 7.62 & 5.45
MAK 90 type 56S 7.62
Norinco Type 56-1 underfolder 7.62
Molot VEPR 12
Mossberg 930 JM Pro (10 shot)
Kimber 1911
S&W 686+ .357
Glock 23 & 27
Glock 30
Glock 19
Maybe a couple xDm .45's
Dabble in Sigs & CZs

I know it looks like overkill with the AK's, but I love the platform. And here's my logic... they will cover multiple purposes, 22's for small game & plinking, underfolders & rifle caliber pistols for cqc, truck guns, and easily concealed high firepower, then I could use rifles for large game, too and longer distance protection (300-600M), shotguns for HD & hunting.

The AR's & 5.45 just in case there is apocalypse and while roving the land we find a cache of munitions in a caliber that's most popular in North America. :shades: I'll have something to shoot it out of.

It's a hobby and while having a collection can mount up in money think about it. It's an investment, when I tally up ammo and optics I just :smh:. But in life is there anything that doesn't have some cost associated with it? I have some guns I have never shot but think about when the anti gun folks silently push their agendas or like when O banned the importation of Russian AK's to sanction Putin. If certain brands hadn't gotten smart and started opening factories here in the states mimicking Glock then some of the AKs I had would've skyrocketed. Gun collecting is a hobby but can be lucrative at times.

Plus it's fun and can even save your life if you train with your weapons. Dude saying he hadn't fired his EDC is irresponsible as that is your lifeline if shit hits the fan and you need it. I bought my wife a .380 that wouldn't feed hollow points had we not tried it and something popped off it would been bad. Like anything else your focus will change...now I have switched gears to night vision and thermals. I say it will make me get out and do a couple hog hunts but shit over time that will change too probably.

The Hi-Point shoots great and real cheap.

The one on the bottom is a HK MP5 22

Damn bbuzzard you don't like coldchi huh? A nutnfacy video :lol: it takes dude 40 mins to say would he could wrap up in 10 mins  just joking and talking shit enjoy your purchase dude.

Same thing for me. It's a hobby, with tangible items. I have a few FA's that have tripled in value over the past 10 years (title II). I collect FA's like some folks collect baseball cards. I've been grabbing kits, receivers, and ammo as of late. I made a killing during the last panic selling .223/5.56 and .22lr ammo.....

So I shouldn't feel bad or stupid for buying all these weapons and not hardly shooting that much?

Sometimes, I go months and don't really wanna shoot much of nothing :dunno:

Just pull em out, handle em, & clean em...maybe swap accessories.

Man, I got nothing but luv for homie (sorry for the :colin: vid) but I had a choice...the Hi-point 45 pistol or the 9mm carbine...I'll take cheap and ugly but I didn't need another caliber to deal with...9mm is my preferred round in handguns :gun04:
