* How Michael Brown wound up anywhere near the cops car

* Why the officer had a gun pointed at a suspect who was running away

* He said that Brown turned around, NEVER said anything about him "charging" at the officer; clearly at that point it should have been determined that he did NOT HAVE A GUN
