Is there anyway to amend this proposal by including mandatory psychiatric evaluations at the time of hiring, sensitivity training, & mandatory monthly or quarterly counseling for each officer? We have to work on the mental aspect of this as well.

He has since addressed it nationally and instructed Holder to go to Ferguson and oversee matters. No way in hell i would get on TV and make commentary on any got dam thing without having all the information in front of me.
