All good points my brother. Until we have either someone from the store step up and speak or get audio from the tape (likely impossible) we'll never know what went on. My thing is that if a dude is going to steal cigars he's likely to grab the box and break out on the run. What that encounter looked like to me was some kind of disagreement (they wanted id, he'd already paid and they thought he didn't, etc., etc.) But CACs (and coons) act like it MUST have been a robbery.

He worked for Jennings PD for 2 yrs before working for Ferguson for the last 4.

Jennings PD was dissolved in 2011 because of corruption and internal investigations, disappearing money, etc.

He likely did dirt, or has dirt on others which may be another reason they haven't thrown him under the bus yet, 'less he gets diarrhea at the mouth on them to save his own ass.
