and even logic does not show that to be possible.......what unarmed person you know would bum rush a copy who has already fired and has his gun out.
the earlier statement that many shots missed also is consistent with distance being between the cop and Brown 6'4 and 300 pounds...
and there has never been any explanation to the shell casing found in the car other than the witness saying the cop fired from inside the car first.

I can see if we were in Europe or something where police don't carry guns, but if Mike was charging at him, him getting shot seems pretty standard. However, I can agree that the officer did overkill and should have shot to wound instead of kill, but that's another debate.

and that police are not held accountable for these deaths
in most cases they are never convicted of homicide and if they go to jail it is only after the Feds get involved and its a civil rights charge

So now the counties autopsy which hasn't been released has added from unnamed sources that Brown had marijuana in his system but they never released how many gunshots he had suffered.
