Leave that robbery point out of your arguments. Everyone you know doesn't know shit about the law lol. That shit was a robbery, there's no way around it. Anytime you take something by using force or threaten to use force while taking something its a robbery. It would have been a theft of Mike took the cigarettes and ran out of the store without physically intimidating the store owner or verbally threatening him.
If you were a witness to a crime where someone snatched a phone out of someone's hand then hemmed them up. Would you say that person got robbed or had their phone stolen?
Shot from over 30 feet away? I can't see someone charging a cop from that distance unarmed unless they were dusted or mentally ill. This case is going to be interesting. Both sides seem to be fuck ups.

My only intention is in pointing out that the whole story of Mike Brown being this great kid that got shot for jaywalking has been exposed as being bullshit.
That I think the evidence points to being a crook and the video recording after the scene backs the argument that he was acting in a stupid way which wound up getting him killed does not make me a CAC or coon.
