St.louis proper, I'd say a good 30 solid minutes on the highway on a good day.

Whomever it was, was deep in Ferguson, as in not near any highways.

Folks got to realize jurisdiction is irrelevant cause if you are a cop in the state of MO employed by a city, town or village etc then the entire state is your jurisdiction you can make an arrest anywhere in the state

However you have to be in your gaoe to enforce the law when on duty unless you are in pursuit of a suspect who committed a felony then you can go outside of your gaoe to arrest or even the state.
