is the building near to LSC in the city...like kinda across from it diagonally?
so I was standing in passive mode over the LSC garage so it looks like I'm in it...but the lobby was empty...when I come back I see a dude ramming the garage so I say I'm on the roof idiot...then I see him setting up by the garage door like he's waiting for me to come out...so I guess he couldn't hear me...so I go off radar which to him probably looks like I'm getting reading to come out the garage 
I go off passive...pull out the rocket launcher and blow him the fuck up he had a bounty on him too...oh so sweet

I catch so many people with that, especially if they get on Rockford Plaza roof with me. I'll wander off, go off radar, then hide from them for the 10 second countdown. The whole time I'm running in holding down the button selecting my shotty on the weapon wheel. They get too close and that shotty spanks that ass!
