You can just download it to your hard drive
No tool kit needed.
Download to your hard drive.
It is a RAR file, so you will need winzip or winrar to unzip.
Find the setup.exe file double click to install.
That's it.

None of these files are setup files.
When it says to continue installation online, should you press yes? Will it call for activation then?
