I haven't created the whole distro yet!

I don't want an "NSA situation" so I'm combing the source for anything that looks "off".
(That is the bulk of my time)

This is just the kernel.

Give me a little while and I'll get the whole distro online!

I'm proud to say that The Zambuko Project OS has the only version of
Evince, that has been fully translated into Kiswahili, in the whole world!

You can learn about Evince here: https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/Evince

You can browse our Gnome repository here: http://www.irakoze.org/Zambuko-0.1/Localization/Kiswahili/gnome-potfiles/gnome-3-14-Kiswahili/

And here is the collection of completed files for Gnome: http://www.irakoze.org/Zambuko-0.1/Localization/Kiswahili/gnome-potfiles/Completed/
(The MO folder is the compiled PO files, which mean, they are ready to be used now)

New "suite" of the Zambuko kernel is now live!

Kernel 3.15 *new*
Kernel-Dev
Kernel-Headers
Kernel-Source

http://www.irakoze.org/Zambuko-0.1/Kernel/

Stage 1 of the build process starts tonight.
Stage 1 is building the initialization system.
Stage 2 is building the backend of the system and configure the system
Stage 3 is testing
Stage 4 is RC

After getting sick of people messing with my computers through backdoors, stealing IP and disrupting my work, I am ordering this to try out. I tried out Ubuntu and liked it. I wish Linux was mainstream.

Looks like the Desktop Environment used by Ubuntu.

The way you used the word: "mainstream", projected your sense of powerlessness.
I use Linux only. So in reality, Linux is mainstream.

We are not dead!:D

I'm actually learning the difficult task of monetizing
a project.

I'm focusing on building a complete brand/rebranding and developing
the packages to the best of my ability.

Knocked back but not knocked out!

It is saying that the source code is inspected which is good for MS.

However, what I suspect is some type of targeted backdoor that is injected when that person updates their computer. You provide your info about your identity allowing these targeted attacks to occur.

Unless you can pull the source code of the targeted computer, it is virtually impossible to detect.

Additionally, the source code of what is shipped to consumers can be different than what is provided to the government.

Open source is the only way to go...

The private sector is 10x worse than any government agency.

MS will always trot out the "pully and ropes" of the OS
to show a twisted take on transparency.

I've seen the Windows source and it is littered with
structs and pointers everywhere in an effort to confuse.
They will show you that mess all day to gain your trust!:smh:

Those sneaky dlls are the real problem.

SaviorMachine
