The way asia is investing into soccer now they prolly beat Africa. If Africa had the same resources as Europe it wouldn't even be a question.
African teams can. But they lack attacking mids who don't get misused as defensive mids because of their "physicality". African teams have to develop a david silva/arjen robben type player.
As for Asian teams, South Korea could possibly field a team for a finals run, but that's about it.
