i remember spring training down here in louisiana in MAY heat, and then, in august for two-a-days.

it's 90 degrees at 6 a.m. with bout 95% humidity. mofos were passing out, throwing up, and funky as hell.

i've seen dudes get cramps so bad, knots formed and they froze like they got tasered. :lol:

the secret is to drink pedialyte BEFORE you practice. :yes:
