Not naive, I have no confidence in what goes on when someone is prepping food and you can't see it, but I call bullshit on how a lot of these people are saying how things are like it's standard operating procedures for these restaurants as a whole. That's what I find hard to believe. And there's many comments on the link that are people that work in them that said that's not the way it is.
Are there people there who don't give a fuck, of course. But for every store/franchise you can't tell me that managers and employees do these things like corporate handed it down to do this or that.
