Problem is that if he slapped him he'd be looking at a lawsuit and they'd throw an assault charge his way as well.

It looks like the CAC was trying to say sorry right before Smart pushed him. What's sad is that the media is going throw this on Smart a 19 year old who has been lauded for his leadership for years but give a pass to person 3 times his age who chose to disrespect Smart in a manner that he would never do out on the streets all because he purchased a seat and feels like he can say and do whatever he wanted without repurcussions.
