Xbox side...I swear when I'm watching Netflix or Hulu them popups be automatic with bamaslam82 or Spyda705 is online..dudes clock continuous work. The current BGOL needs to be decommissioned due to future420's fucking absenteeism abs and rebooted..we got damn near 300 niggas deep and I've probably seen 20 names, ten regularly on the Xbox sids..you want to create rules and shit, then you better take the temperature..there needs to be an Xbox and a PSN leader on both sides..fuck I look like dealing with a leader on a different gaming platform? I've been saying something about organizing this shit and for the most part (save Spyda's feedback) I've been ignored..y'all wanna act like some motherfucking navy seals, well shit lets tighten up better.

Yeah, without an active founder shit is tough to do in crew as far as promotions and demotions. My group RBGR has casual rules but I make sure work gets done for my crew. I even have LSN and Lady-Wiz as commissioners.
Lady-Wiz, I need you to rep from time to time. At least a couple hours a week.
It's funny because it's apparent BGOL is getting a rep with the GTA community..the last couple of times I've been online minding my business and next thing I know I'm exchanging bullets and bombs with a couple of Mexicans (first session) and a cac (second session) for about an hour.
I was rolling with Wiz for a bit on XBL chasing dudes down a couple of days ago and she was rolling hard yesterday. Her, Kush, bluerage, Spyda, Streetz, job4life, lonewolf and bamaslam are regulars..shout out to daking181.

Being the commissioner I have as much control as the leader but something is wrong with my account. Whenever I try to go into the crew hierarchy I can't do anything but change the crew emblem & color. We have about close to 250 members but theirs only 20 on each side that are active in the streets.

ya when someone goes off radar it forces you to be aware of your surroundings...but if someone you wasn't already fighting decides to do it for the fuck of it then that shit catches you completely off guard...I remember when I was @ a lower rank when I couldn't even get the option to go off radar...I was hiding from police in the stairwell...copters can't see you and the cops rarely send more than 2 dudes up there after you...basically you just kill them and wait and the stars went away...as I'm going down the stairs I notice a random npc...and thinking wtf she doing here...you rarely see npc's using apt stairs...man as soon as I completed my thought I was dead...what made it sweet was she was dressed like an npc...didn't have her gun in hand nothing...so there was nothing to alarm me...did that shit smooth...I go off radar all the time now...shit is funny...dude in the cut thinking he safe...sometimes I walk right behind em and just stand there...you can get close enough to touch their backs w/ ya shotgun right before you blow they back out shit I'm about to jump in right now

First thing is you GOTTA stay strapped when rolling with wiz. I don't give a damn what's going on. When she on a server it's gone be a FIGHT. You hear her scream BEEIITCH and you already know to pull ya guns. I logged on once and the instant I turned my mic on all I heard was gun shots and police sirens. Checked the people on the server, saw wiz, and just ran outside towards the commotion.
And this weekend I put in work under Quaid's Disciples. It was the most peaceful weekend I've ever had playing. I mean I could log into a server full of people go to lsc with no problems. Rode around drove past people no problems. I haven't been able to do that under the BGOL tag since OCTOBER!! There have been times on BGOL tag where I'd be in the apartment watching TV getting a feel for the room then all at once I hear fucking Iraq outside my shit. I mean tanks, choppers, gun shots, sirens.... One time I got pissed and got on mic and said GET THIS BULLSHIT AWAY FROM MY SPOT and somebody calmly responded BRING YO ASS OUTSIDE PUNK.....
Boy you dudes get me in all kinds of shit.. And them essays I'm gonna ask to join his crew just to learn how they move. Them dudes are ORGANIZED and cover every angle and will SUFFOCATE you with bullets if you not on your game.....

Not to keep quoting VectorVega but we could use some more organization, fighting wise on xbox side. Like we need designated spots to hit when tanks pop up, better positioning to cover all movement high and low, when to use decoys to take down a sniper or see his position, trap setting, etc.

You can have black & white. I made a crew just so I could have a deep black...... I've had white as well. Both are very nice. I duped Franklins Buffalo for Slmpickens & I'm sure he could tell you it's a difference in the blacks...

How you get it to stay black? I got it to where it'll say my color is black and that its been saved, but then when I refresh the page, it's back to the gold color I had before I started.
I changed the two hex color tags, the one RGB color tag and even changed the shit that says "Hidden" to "text" and saved it 4-5 times and the shit doesn't register in the game or on the site.
That's one of the reasons I started Quaid's Disciples.
The BGOL crew hierarchy needs to be updated. It should have representatives for both platforms at each position. And the people who put in the most work and are the most active need to be promoted above the rest.
I made Quaid's Disciples to better arrange the XBOX side.
I was only going to add the active people because I'm online a lot, and I only see the same 10-15 people on XBL even though the crew is over 200 deep.
Then out of those 10-15 people, promote whoever puts the most work in. I gave out promotions this weekend.
I got spyda, bama and wolf at commissioner because they're probably the most calculated, knowledgeable and strategic guys on the xbox side.
Capt Smacka, Kaffine and Wiz at Lt. who put in a lot of work as well.
Then got Job, Slym and NicFury at reps because their young up-n-comers who have potential.
And then there's muscle who I don't really see that much of, but can be promoted in due time.
And there's also people who haven't been added to the group yet who I see a lot of, like you, King, Gear, Blue Rage and NiceDay and probably a couple more who would automatically be promoted.
Then the PSN side would have theirs arranged in the same fashion and then the BGOL hierarchy would be a combination of the two.
And that's how I feel the BGOL hierarchy should be put together.

I want to find out the best area to take down tanks at.
After finally sniping somebody out of a tank last night at the airport, I want to start creeping on rooftops and start trying to snipe people out of their tanks. And then if I can do that, we can steal the tank or even CARGOBOB the tank so the person can't order another tank
And we gotta start going passive and killing ourselves more in tight situations.
Like when we're being sniped at, what I'll do is go passive and then go right to the snipers location and most of the time, they'll run.
And if they don't run, the person in passive could help somebody who's trying to snipe the sniper by revealing the location of the sniper. Just have the passive person stand next to the sniper and then get on the mic and tell the exact location like "he's to my right" or "I'm facing him right now" and the sniper can't do shit
Great post. Your crew should be for the real BGOL family on both platforms. Only the most active should be allowed in. As I posted earlier today I gave you a list of deserving PSN guys who post here regularly as well and will handle things for you in the Sony universe. We know you XBL's got the Microsoft universe on lock.
I can't do what you do with your group because I have some non BGOL people in places already. What I do is when people my join I automatically make you a rep, so you can either go up or down.

I was owning this one dude then his boy jump in...fine...then another one jump in fine...I'm even w/ all of them except one...drive one off the board...the other 2 stay including the one I was originally talking shit too...dude was garbage and could barely even the score even tho his boy was helping him...killed them both 2x in a row they go off radar...they've been doing this multiple times but no complaints...so I go off radar and get higher ground...one of them goes in passive mode then climbs up to where I am and just stands there...I cussed them out and left...pure ho shit
