My sisters and I have never discussed this. Come to think of it, my friends and I have never discussed it. All the conversations I have about it are online. So I don't know what their views are or how impacted they feel. Scarcity of menfolx have never been a problem, and when they chose their husbands it wasn't because white men were a novelty, it was how their relationship played out. My sisters and brothers (all but 2 I think) have always been equal opportunity daters, but my brothers all married black wives. The oldest sister I've had discussions regarding race issues and work, she basically said she preferred living in the south as folx who don't like you are up front about it, while in the north/midwest, you have racists undermining you while they smile in your face. That discussion was years ago tho, with everyone being so PC, things may have changed.
