And read my earlier post, the way Bloomy did it THERE WAS NO DISCUSSION, since the Mayor's office runs the Health Dept. he simply told the Health Commissioner to ban drinks above 16ozs. in places regulated by the Health Dept., the City Council had no say in the matter, when he floated the idea of a law he didn't have the votes, neither on a local or statewide basis, but he is only in power for 4 more months, several of the Mayoral candidates have already expressed their disdain for this ban.
For the everyday citizen of NYC though NOTHING EVER CHANGED, so why is it that you keep bringing up this point, it was NEVER put in place, why discuss it?!?
